Sam is a wonderful personal trainer, very approachable and knowledgeable. After years of not training I was really apprehensive about getting back into fitness. I had been walking past the locker for months always curious about PT, but I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do anything and I would struggle. One day I just got the courage to walk in instead of walk past, and I am so glad I did! Sam took time out to speak to me about how he could help me and I instantly felt at ease. Sam was able to quickly bring back my fitness and strength and I felt improvements every week. By teaching me proper form and technique I felt the benefits instantly, whereas before I had not felt the real benefits from incorrect techniques. I was amazed how quickly I was able to get back to lifting my previous weight max. He was able to make adjustments when I struggled with certain movements so I could complete them. I enjoyed the home work out programme Sam set for me and looked forward to training with Sam each session. The app really helped track my workouts and demonstrate how to complete the circuit. My body shape and definition changed in a very short amount of time, Sam has now given me some confidence back, inspired me to keep motivated and continue on my journey of health and fitness. I used Sam’s brilliant PT services for the better part of 4 months! In this time, I managed to cut fat and gain muscle which I never thought I could do! What he has taught me I still use to this day, wether that be his amazing stretches pre workout, the workouts themselves or the amazing meal plan he assigned!

Used Sam as a PT for 4 months. He helped me learn a lot about myself and my body. He coached me in a way that suited my sport which was Rugby. He was adaptive like no one else ever before and let me reach new goals I never thought of. He made the sessions more than just work, he was a gentleman and ‘therapist’ too. Ask about any boxing exercises, they were the best!! He knows his stuff and keeps it fresh with each workout, just an overall beast 💪

Sam is an excellent PT who helped me develop a strong foundation in the basics of strength training which we subsequently built on together. As someone who had never lifted before he helped me develop the confidence to pick up the bar aged 34. Nice guy too.

As someone who spends a lot of time in the gym, I can often find myself feeling quite tight and sore. Not only was Sam able to relieve these aches and pains through sports massages but also talked me through the causes whilst doing so. Despite only going in for these massages, Sam also offered me a couple exercises at the end of each session to keep me pain free. I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to improve their body/performance or in fact trying to get rid of those annoying aches and pains!
