I've just completed my first 5 weeks training with Anna - and wow! I've noticed such a big difference with how I feel and look already. I have more energy, feel lighter and starting to see some definition. I've been following a training and nutritional plan which I had never done before and very much enjoying it. Anna is super encouraging and knowledgeable, I would 100% recommend.

I have been a member of many gyms and had personal trainers in the past and Anna is without a doubt the best trainer I have ever come across. She's professional, hardworking, positive, fun and always listens to your personal needs and adjusts accordingly. She supportive and helpful in both training and making healthy adjustments to diet and understands the specific needs of health for women. No two sessions have ever been the same and I always look forward to them. I could not recommend Anna more! If you're considering a personal trainer, go for Anna!

I have been training with Anna for nearly three months and I always leave our sessions in a good mood. I feel stronger already, with more energy. Anna is very motivating and fun to be with and has a lot of advice. She has already helped me improve my acne-prone skin and offered advice for how to reduce sore throats and boost my immune system. Her workouts are always varied so you are never bored and she really notices changes with your body and tailors the exercise to your needs and ability. I highly recommend her for anyone wanting help with how to train at the gym, nutrition, weight loss or just general mental health :)

I've been training with Anna for 2 months now and it's been fab! Each session has been enjoyable but pushes to me become stronger and towards my weight loss goal. She is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and ensures that you are able to meet your goals whilst still feeling full and satisfied with your meals. I contacted Anna in lockdown after struggling with motivation to get exercising and it has honestly been a game changer!
We did a number of PT sessions face to face at a distance and now in my 3rd month the difference to my mindset and my fitness levels is fab!
We are now back in the gym which is brilliant!

I’ve been training with Anna for 3 months and have loved every session! The workouts are always different, and each is challenging. Anna really tailors the workouts for your goals and also how you feel. Although I haven’t stuck to the diet plan, I’ve still had noticeable weight loss and my body shape has changed shape - the waistline noticeably and my bum - my boyfriend comments on this a lot ;)

Not only is she a great personal trainer but she also gives you nutritional info which I have found really beneficial (I have suffered from acne for a long time, but now my skin is really starting to clear up!!). She takes the time to get to know what works for you personally.
