Training with Toni has been great! He’s incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely personable. He has been extremely flexible with my work schedule … and always makes time for me. He’s great at pushing you and not letting you give up on yourself! He gave me a bespoke nutrition plan that was tailored just for me and my taste, I think this is something I will continue for a long time as it’s right up my street (and easy around my work schedule) I’ve never felt better, I was a bit nervous after having surgery to get back to training… but he’s done a great job at easing me in and getting results. The gym itself is nothing short of state of the art, and it’s an absolute pleasure to work out in there. I love that we have the place to ourselves for me to lie on the floor and scream obscenities at him when it’s leg day! Overall, it’s been a great process and I’m glad I reached out to him… However … now none of my shirts fit my arms anymore so Toni as far as I’m concerned you owe me a new wardrobe! 😉

Amazing personal training. The Gym is clean tidy and looks very professional. Anthony is very knowledgeable and a great motivator, very passionate about fitness and nutrition which I believe is one of the most significant traits of a good PT. He has helped me with a personal nutrition plan and guided me in fitness which has helped with my arthritis and helped me lose weight and strengthen my muscles and joints. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Costa Fitness is the perfect gym to focus with no distractions. Toni is an amazing PT and the sessions are such good value for money as he listens to your goals and wont let you slack. Toni offers a very good service in a private studio, on arranged time slots. Which for me works so much better than going to the gym because I find myself not knowing what work out to do when on my own in the gym. There is a form of structure that Toni offers which really works the whole body. Booking sessions in blocks of 10 allows for some early signs of progress, which is nice to see and motivating to continue! So I am likely to consider to carry on a few more sessions to see further progress. Reasons I would consider Toni over any other PT, is the 3 main factors; Price - A great price rate, per session or per block. With better value prices for group workouts. Facilities - Small privatised facility which state of the art equipment that you would be lucky to find of that quality in a gym. Personalisation - MEAL PLAN / WORK OUTS / TIPS & INSTRUCTION

Been a friend of Toni for a couple of years now and have always wanted to train with him. Now that I've had the opportunity, it lives up to the high expectations I had and more. I have been weight training for a fair few years now and felt like I was stuck in a rut, with my fitness levels being one of my weakest points. I’ve always enjoyed going to the gym and working out but it was only for classes or cardio as I found the weights area really intimidating, after seeing Toni’s sessions on his Instagram I plucked up the courage to book myself in for some 1-2-1 sessions and I haven’t looked back since. Toni’s gym provides a unique training experience in a private but very spacious environment. The equipment is first class, and the flashing lights in sync with the music really help to push motivation levels through the roof during a training session. Great space for lifting heavy, doing circuits or even targeted cardio. Toni’s wealth of knowledge will ensure he caters for whatever fitness goals you want to achieve in his 1-2-1 sessions, would highly recommend!

Amazing well equipped gym with huge range of weights and a great personal training service. However, being able to have his attention and focus, as well as his total dedication to health and well being, he absolutely transformed my views on personal fitness whilst giving me advise and direction, whilst using his gym. Awww I heard such great things about sessions with Toni from so many people and saw some of his clients results which were fantastic! I wanted to try something new to try and tone and sculpt ( shift some lockdown weight gain) even with some health conditions which may hold me back a little he still makes me feel I can train like everyone else :-) Communication is amazing and so supportive, Toni is super educated and really knows his stuff so I feel in safe hands , I like that it’s one to one as I’m not a fan of gyms personally they scare me to death ! Toni has been my absolute saviour during lockdown. I got in contact with Toni after the first lockdown too help me get back into shape and since then I’ve been back every week.. really has helped a lot with my diet and my training programme and the equipment in his studio is top of the range! Costa fitness is a decent gym and the one to one training is fantastic Tony works you very hard you defiantly get what you pay for. I defiantly won’t be using a public gym now I’ve had this kind of training. And he made me a diet plan and nutrition plan. Def a five star rating from me.

Great PT, by far the best one I have been too, always pushing you too do your best and always at the end of the phone for any support you need with you diet and any questions or help you need whilst your not in the studio, provides you with a healthy meal plan and advice about your diet and what to eat helping you keep on track. Toni has done an incredible job at renovating his garage into a Gym with brand new equipment offering 1 to 1 session. I had an amazing 1 to 1 personal training with Toni. The sessions are affordable with the same, if not better quality equipment you get at a regular gym. The sessions are friendly and personal meaning you make the most of the sessions and he really makes you work hard. 10/10 recommend, probably the best personal training session I’ve ever had!

Costa Fitness (Toni) have not only completely and dramatically improved how I look but also changed my outlook and mindset on life. Before training with Toni I was in a cycle of going to the gym for the sake of it training hard but seeing absolutely no real results. Since training with Toni, I have lost 12kg of body fat and noticed great results due to his knowledge and mentoring. Toni worked with me to make a bespoke plan for my nutrition and training, which was both enjoyable and easy to follow. The studio space is perfect for all types of weight and cardio based training and is always impeccably clean. More often then not my sessions with Costa fitness are the highlight of my week!
