We have been training with Dani B Personal Training for just over 12 months now.
Dani has encouraged us to push past our own personal limitations and we are now achieving PBs that we thought (in our mid 40s) were not possible. We love our sessions with Dani, she's incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and listens to what our bodies need and also us! Our sessions are always challenging, fun and interesting - it's not a boring old slog at the gym. She helps us to push our expectations and boundaries further in terms of our weightlifting, flexibility and strength. She's the ultimate professional in everything she does and an all round awesome person to boot!

Dani has been a great trainer and has provided me with the skills to progress in all sorts of exercises I did not think I could achieve. If you fancy learning how to deadlift, undertake squats do pull ups and learn techniques such as handstands, Dani will assist your personal development and enable you to reach your goals. Dani is an excellent coach and trainer - I am now stronger, more confident in my body and it's capacity, and overall more positive about my health, since working with her. She's fun to spend time with in the gym, developed a carefully considered programme for me which stretched and pushed me, but never felt intimidating or overwhelming. Been training with Dani around 6mths - our weekly session is always a good mix of things each week and she's always super positive and a great motivator, pushing me without being too demanding! Would definitely recommend trying a session with her if you're thinking about picking up some 1-2-1 training, you won't regret it!

I’ve been training with Dani for over a year and have throughly enjoyed every session. I work hard, have lost weight but most importantly I have learnt a lot about my body and how to best train and look after it so I can get the best results from it.
