Hilary’s 1-1 personal trainer sessions are absolutely brilliant and can’t recommend her enough. Not only does Hilary correct your form during the session and motivate you with her words, she challenges you to better yourself every single session. Hilary checks in with your fitness for the days your not training with her if you would like her to too, which is useful when you have any questions mid week or in need of some motivation. Once again I would highly recommend Hilary to anyone looking to improve their mental health and become fitter and healthier overall.

First joined Hillary’s fitcamp to give myself a kick up the butt as my gym routine and general motivation was lacking! Hilary's training sessions are agile and change all the time, which keeps them interesting and helps me stay motivated and focused on my goals.
Hilary has the ability to accommodate everyone's individual needs during Fitcamp sessions with some fun and chit chat thrown in! My form has improved because of the one-to-one sessions with Hilary which is fantastic.

I can’t recommend Hilary enough. She’s an incredible PT. She has kept me motivated from my very first session. I absolutely love my sessions with her and I never thought I’d say that about exercise! She has completely changed my mindset - from being someone who would always take the lift at work, I now always take the stairs! I never thought I’d be doing weights but I can’t imagine not doing them now. If you want someone to help you achieve your goals who is fun, passionate and who’ll guide you at your own pace then Hilary is the PT for you.

I sometimes struggle when it comes to exercise having never been all that sporty, Hilary is AWESOME! She is so energetic, positive, supportive, friendly and encouraging. She makes every session super fun but still a super effective workout. Hilary’s Bootcamp on a Tuesday is amazing! I love that it’s women only and that’s one of things that attracted me in the first place. It changes every week so keeps you interested and also keeps challenging your body. 👍🏻 It’s suitable for all abilities/ages which is also great. Hilary is a great teacher and is always checking on form to prevent injuries etc. Give it a go, I can’t recommend enough! 💪🏻

I love Hilary’s bootcamp. I am not athletic at all, but my friend dragged me to a class and I’m so glad she did. Hilary’s approach is fun and crazy, whilst ensuring a safe and worthwhile workout. Hilary pushes me to get the most out of the workout but does it in a way in which I feel like she’s not trying to kill me in the process! The zoom classes during lockdown have been great snd she goes out of her way to accommodate and cater for all ability levels. She is a really warm person and makes everyone feel welcome, I’ve met a lovely group of ladies whilst attending the Saturday morning classes.
