I’ve been working with Jenna for just over 7 months. Jenna has been amazing at working with me to meet my needs, whilst taking into account my post-birth complications. I’ve felt like I’ve been pushed in a safe way to get my body fully firing again! I can see the benefits of the weekly training in my body’s posture and functionality. The sessions have worked wonders for my strength and confidence and I’m thrilled with the outcomes. I am more happy with my 10 month post-partum body than I ever have been in my life. I cannot thank Jenna enough for this!
Crucially for me, I have been able to bring my little one along from 3 months. This is invaluable for me, as I wouldn’t be able to train otherwise. Baby is always welcomed and given big cuddles by Jenna which she now activity seeks out! I also like that baby gets to see women in such a gym environment.
Jenna herself is also a wonderful human and an absolute pleasure to spend time with (even when lifting weights!!)

When I first came to see Jenna I lacked confidence with weights, despite being otherwise relatively active. Having recently turned 50, I realised how vital strength training is to combat osteoporosis risk which skyrockets in women as estrogen declines. This was a gaping hole in my fitness regime, and I was scared I'd damage myself with poor technique!
Jenna was very patient, and gave me tips to ensure my form and technique were honed as we worked through increasing weights, deadlifts, squats and presses.
I now feel confident to take my weight training to the next step, and am grateful to Jenna for getting me here with my back intact!

I was referred to Jenna by my physiotherapist after a traumatic birth led to birth injuries. Before our first session, Jenna took the time to understand what had happened during my birth and the symptoms I was consequently experiencing. She made me feel really comfortable and understood how difficult it was for me to discuss.
When I first met Jenna I felt like a stranger in my own body. I was avoiding picking my baby up and was anxious about taking him for short walks. Jenna gave me hope that I could build my strength and confidence in a safe way. She regularly checked in with me about how I was feeling and I trusted her 100%. I am now able to lift heavy weights and have seem huge improvements in my physical and mental well-being. As well as being highly knowledgeable, she is also a lovely person who became a friend. I would thoroughly recommend Jenna and will really miss training with her :)

I would absolutely recommend Jenna, I wanted a personal trainer for a short period of time before my wedding and got exactly what I wanted. Weekly and then bi-weekly sessions, a range of cardio & weights, with focused exercises on areas I wanted to work on.

I trained with Jenna for 3 months as my first step back into weight training after being diagnosed with a prolapse. The difference I felt in strength and confidence in that short time was huge. Jenna combines her excellent PT skills with additional understanding of pelvic floor physio so I could relax and enjoy getting fitter and stronger. I'm now back to my normal exercise regime!

Coming back to fitness after pregnancy and a C section as a former weightlifting CrossFit-goer, I'd lost my way and a bit of confidence as I'd not trained much due to the pandemic. Jenna has been amazing - super empowering and encouraging and her programming is absolutely spot on. She strikes the perfect balance of stretch and challenge versus giving my body the space and time to recover, and I really trust in her knowledge and judgement. Having never had a PT before I'm so glad my first experience is with Jenna. I was nervous the first time about working out in front of someone but she puts you at ease from the start and always encourages you throughout the session.
She's highly knowledgeable and adjusts my sessions to ensure they compliment where I am in my cycle and energy levels which I really appreciate as it shows the time and energy that she puts into my sessions and my goals.
As someone completely new to weights Jenna has helped me realise the benefits and scales the routines well so I can see the progress and strength I am gaining each time and now I love them!

She's highly knowledgable and supportive.
I was a complete newbie to lifting weights, and she helped me to feel confident and strong.
My sessions were always varied, and I loved the way she played around with the structure to make them feel fun rather than a slog.

Jenna is a fabulous PT and wonderful company, delivering brilliantly tailored programming and a great environment in her awesome garage gym! I had never had a PT before and came with the goal of getting back to CrossFit after having a baby. Jenna is not only an experienced PT but also a CrossFit coach AND pre and post natal trained and she couldn’t have been a better fit for helping me achieve my goal. With her I gained the knowledge and confidence to get back to CrossFit, while learning the necessary adjustments I need for my post natal training. I can't recommend Jenna highly enough. She is such a supportive coach. She brings a really empathetic and wellbeing orientated approach to health and fitness, which is a real asset. This is my first time accessing PT/coaching, and I've found that Jenna is great at scaling exercises, and provides loads of encouragement. I really like how tailored Jenna's approach is, and it's clear that she puts loads of time in to understanding you and your goals.

Jenna was my PT many moons ago when I lived in Bristol. She completely changed my outlook from walking in to the gym (which was a huge fear of mine) to how I trained.

Jenna is a professional but caring pt who takes into consideration all your needs physically and mentally. She has helped me so much more than just increasing my muscle mass and my fitness levels. When Jenna was in charge of a cafe and made my lunch every day I’ve never been healthier! She always made me delicious meals which used simple ingredients that I’m sure she could help clients replicate.
