Having spent the last 2 years regularly doing Body Pump and Body Attack I was finding I was no longer making progress and had stopped enjoying it. I met with Limara for 4 sessions where she set me up with 2 tailored programmes based on my set up at home and what I wanted to achieve. She made sure my form was good and pushed me hard through enjoyable sessions and also gave great tips and advice. I'm remotivated and pushing myself again. Limara will be my first contact for any future PT needs!

Lim has coached me on and off throughout the past few years. She knows what exercises motivate me and which I find hard and she puts these together to make a challenging yet enjoyable programme. More recently she has coached me through my second pregnancy and now postnatally, rebuilding my pelvic floor and core strength and helping me to still train with two young children around! She has the knowledge and the experience to get me back even fitter and stronger than before, as well as provide nutritional tips to aid recovery. I cannot thank her enough for her support with me and my changing body over the past few years.

Limara is an excellent PT. I am not a fitness fanatic, in fact quite the opposite. But as I move nearer 40, I wanted to take better care of myself. Starting for a point of zero confidence in this area or experience. I've been supported, encouraged and guided with patience. My program is personalised and adjusted to help me get the best results. Limara is clearly extremely knowledgeable and skilled but also importantly is a really nice caring person who supports you to get results! I cannot recommend her enough

Since subscribing to Get fit with Limara I have really improved my strength and feel more confident to tackle new physical challenges. The online classes are inclusive and easy to follow. I really like that you can join in a live session or watch on catch up if you miss a session.
