I've been training with Kyle (Megawatt Fitness) for almost 2 years now, even through the pandemic we continued to train outdoors. Kyle has always been consistent with my training, never letting me down considering my routine of training is 4 - 5 days a week with him. He's is fully professionally and his knowledge of training and nutrition is the best I've come across in all the years I've had various trainers. I would highly recommend Kyle, whether your goals are short or long term, no matter what I guarantee he will get you there! By far the best personal trainer/ coach in Bristol.

I have been trained by Kyle for the last 10 months and have found him to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reliable.
As someone that felt panic at the thought of even standing in a gym he has supported me to not only deal with my physical fitness but also my mental anxiety around being in a gym to begin with.

You literally will not find a better personal trainer!!

I started working out with Kyle with the goal to lose weight and tone up because I'm getting married. I needed a serious kick after living the lockdown life (the unproductive kind) and he has definitely delivered on that. The workouts are challenging and in the beginning I did wonder whether I could ever survive a full hour, but Kyle is a great motivator and now not only do I look forward to our sessions each week for the huge mood boost, but I am already hitting goals ahead of schedule and feeling stronger and firmer. I'd highly recommend taking Kyle on as a PT!

Cannot recommend Megawatt Fitness anymore highly, Kyle is incredibly motivated in what he does and knows exactly how to get the best out of me and really gets me to push me past my limits, his knowledge is incredible and is great at mixing up a wide variety of different things to do. He has helped me massively gain my confidence back since doing my ACL and has fully tailored my training knowing I have that weakness still there.

Training with Megawatt Fitness over the past few months has genuinely changed my life. I am so much stronger, healthier and more positive than I was before. And perhaps most importantly, I have built a huge amount of confidence in the gym and no longer feel like an imposter when I arrive to work out. I've gone from someone who never did any kind of exercise and gave up at the slightest provocation to someone who can see an intense work out through to the end. And boy are they intense workouts! Kyle always knows exactly when to push and when to step back and puts the safety and wellbeing of his clients at the very top of the agenda. He keeps workouts varied enough to be interesting, but repeats exercises enough that you can really see and feel your results when you compare them to how you did them a couple of weeks ago. It's not about beefing you up, it's about finding a style of fitness that suits you and your lifestyle. He's exactly the right amount of encouraging and always makes me feel like I can do anything. He also offers really thoughtful and helpful tips of nutrition, making sense of the confusing advice you can find online and giving no-nonsense advice on what's best to eat based on your goals. I really can't recommend Megawatt Fitness enough.
