I’m Chiara, a 32 years old software engineer from Italy.
Before starting working with Molly, I was trying to loose weight for a very long time. I had never worked out until I was about 28 and then I started some home workouts, but I was not seeing the results I wanted.
Since 2020 I was considering joining a gym, but I felt super uncomfortable at the idea of going on my own.
I started working with Molly in September 2021 and so much has changed since! She helped me gradually gain confidence to get to the gym on my own, and I couldn’t have done it without her! After a few weeks of working together I managed to start going once a week alone, doing something very simple. I now go 3-4 times per week! I still feel insecure sometimes but I know where things are and how they work, and this makes a huge difference!
Working with Molly is just great! She has so much energy and the weekly session with her always makes my day. She’s super supportive, and would always do all she can to support you and answer any question.
To someone thinking about personal training with Molly I would absolutely say DO IT!

Before I started training with Molly I was super unmotivated and struggled to see any progress in the Gym. I wanted someone who could hold me accountable and help me achieve my fitness goals. Since training with Molly, I have noticed a major difference not only in my physical health, but mentally as well. Molly has helped me change my mindset for the gym and fitness but also with food and fuelling your body! Becoming fitter has given me more confidence and healed my previous food struggles. I love training with Molly because she's extremely dedicated and friendly. She's always available to ask any questions I may have and makes our sessions fun and enjoyable. Before I started training with Molly, I was extreamly anxious using the gym, however since my confidence has grown more than I ever thought it could, I now enjoy going to the gym and using weights, my strength has also improved and my outlook on dieting and fitness. Molly provides constant support and I know if I ever needed any help I could message her at any time of day, she is very friendly and easy to speak too which made me feel at ease in my first few months, when I was still really nervous. I really would recommend training with Molly, if you are considering it, I have had many benefits since I started including getting to fitness goals, weight loss and my overall mental health has improved since being able to use the gym and equipment with confidence.

Molly is incredible! I had major gym anxiety before starting with her and next to no knowledge of resistance training but Molly has changed all that! She is so patient, supportive and kind I always look forward to our weekly sessions and always feel I can talk to her about any worries! In a short time, Molly really has changed my life. Molly is the first PT I’ve ever had- we’ve been working together since Oct, and I’ve noticed such a difference😄 Before I was barely walking 2k steps a day but now I do 10k+. My gym sessions were so unstructured, but now I’m on training plans made specifically for my goals. I was starting to plateau with my weight loss but have lost 5kg with Molly! Our sessions together are great- I ALWAYS feel 10x better after- mentally and physically 💯 she’s thorough with new exercises and focuses on form. She’s bubbly and always so positive and picks you up when you’re feeling down- she’s very supportive and quick to reply, even on weekends 😊
If you’re considering Molly as a PT- DO IT! you get stronger physically and mentally 💪🏼She pushes you out of your comfort zone which helps build your confidence in areas of the gym you would normally avoid (like the weights section 🤣).

Deciding to PT with Molly was the best decision I could’ve made! Before training with Molly I didn’t know how to get the most out of the gym. Weights were off-limits for me (they are way better than cardio, trust me), I basically had no idea what to do to see results. I was very sceptical, unsure if I could commit and whether it would really work and help me achieve the goals I wanted… 6 months in and I have proven to myself that it is possible! I have lost 2 stone, gained strength, changed my exercise and eating habits for the better, and become much more confident in the gym (never would’ve imagined it before!). Molly creates personalised training plans, giving structure to your gym sessions - and she will make sure you know exactly what you are doing before doing it alone! She has pushed me out of my comfort zone which has led to me gaining more confidence and better results - and holds you accountable to help you stay on track! Molly is so kind, reassuring and always makes me feel comfortable - which is obviously so important.
Anyone considering Molly as a PT - 100% go for it!! You will not regret it!! She is out here changing lives x

My name is Zara and I’ve been with Molly since February and I’m an assistant psychologist. Molly has changed so much about my health and fitness journey but in a way that has allowed me to make my own decisions and choices.
My life before her was full of anxiety over my body and what I wore, how I looked and felt, and constantly wanting to change but not knowing how to be consistent.
The biggest changes I’ve seen since working with molly is my mindset, she has made me appreciate the gym, a place I honestly hated. I appreciate hard work and exercise, small achievements and PB’s and most importantly I appreciate my body finally after a long time.
The best thing about working with Molly is her non-judgment, and welcoming nature, I never dread a session I’m always ready to catch her up on my goals, life etc.

I'm currently a university student and I really wanted to start improving my health and fitness lifestyle but had no idea where to start so I decided to look into starting personal training which was when I found Molly. Before starting with her, my relationship with food and the gym was horrible. I suffered from binge eating disorder and the thought of going to the gym scared me because I had no idea what to do and I have tried personal training before but my experience with them were not great and I immediately quit. However, since starting with Molly, I am currently recovering from my disorder and I am starting to LOVE going to the gym. She is the most supportive, friendly and fun personal trainer I have ever had. She really prioritises and focuses on each one of her clients' goals and in my case, I am already starting to achieve those goals. Right now, my relationship with food has become so much better, it isn't a burden for me anymore. I getting stronger as well which was one of my main goals. The biggest personal change is the fact that I can go into the gym now, confidently, follow Molly's training plan, actually enjoy it and be consistent with it which has impacted my life in a positive way. I already feel stronger, healthier and happier. I like working with Molly because every session is different, it's fun and overall it's always a great time and I leave feeling great about myself. Her level of support is beyond amazing, any questions or concerns she immediately responds and if I am not having a good day I go to her and she gives me the best advise possible. I would definitely recommend having Molly as a personal trainer as each training plan is specialised and unique to every individual which allows for everyone to achieve their own personal goals.

Molly has been fantastic as my personal trainer. I was someone who wouldn’t go to a gym as I was too worried about what other people would think and also because of my size. Molly has helped me overcome this fear and now I enjoy my gym sessions now. She has taught me not only how to use the gym equipment but also how to use it properly to benefit me and my fitness journey. She is friendly and caring, our PT sessions are always fun as we have a laugh and chat as well as working out. She not only provides advice to teach you but listens to what you want, how you feel and works with you to get the best from you on your fitness journey. I highly recommend Molly to anyone!
