I’ve worked with Robbie for many years - he’s always extremely professional and highly knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of training and exercise. He’s also a very talented chef to able to offer not just nutritional advice but crucially how to make food that tastes great. He listens to your needs and offers practical, real life programs tailored to your specific circumstances and life.

Highly recommend Navitas Fitness! It can be made as personalised as you like. But generally, Robbie is just so knowledgeable, motivating and encouraging.

Robbie is a superb coach. He is very observant and good at assessing strengths and weaknesses. He addresses the latter in a clear, systematic manner, keeping scrupulous records which allow him to track progress. Each session has been tailored to my specific requirements with a focus on technique but also solid work-out which I feel afterwards! Robbie is clearly passionate about what he does and his passion is contagious.

Robbie at Navitas Fitness has been amazing. I’ve had bad experiences with PTs in the past who think their job is just to beast you without taking into account the nuances of personal circumstances. Robbie is the opposite. His programming is so personalised, he has such an eye for detail in picking up weaknesses and movement issues and spends the time making sure that as a client, you are putting in the right remedial work rather than damaging yourself further. I can’t recommend Robbie more and look forward to working with him long term.

Bloody fantastic. He is the best long term investment in myself I have made and I'll continue to do so for a long term. Can not recommend him enough! My weaknesses have been my accountability for my actions which tied in to my drives/motivation as well as my poor diet ( due to work travel in part). He sat down and went through a Q&A session consultation with me. Together we understood what my goals were and where I was as a starting point. Robbie is realistic and perceptive. I can't commit to 3 guaranteed training sessions and ideal meal options so we looked at alternatives, 20 minute exercises that can be done in a hotel room and changing one bad food habit a week. Fast forward 8 months, my sugar food grazing has stopped I now only treat myself to 1-2 biscuits a day rather than 2-3 packets a week and chocolate bar over a week and I'm eating more fruit and vege in its place. I'm guaranteeing 1-2 sessions of organised 40-60 min exercise sessions from Robbie as well as going cycling or kayaking. Robbie has supported me in building and improving my nutrition and exercise, there have been back slides but he has backed me up the whole way.

I have joined the online Lockdown Group over November and have been seriously impressed with the precise and informative content, ranging from: nutritional plans and advice, varied workouts, technical videos, motivational messages and regular check-ins.
