Ollie is fantastic. Not only does he know his stuff, but he is a great motivator and a kind person. I have been training with Ollie since Jan 2020 and in that time i have completely smashed all of my fitness goals. I am in the best shape of my life - Thanks Ollie! At the beginning, Ollie was careful to understand my goals and tailored the programme to me. Importantly, this included understanding nutrition. I found that the combination of PT and nutrition (a better understanding of calories, etc) really made the difference. I also just really like Ollie's positive and friendly attitude. I look forward to the sessions every week.

I’ve been training with OR Fitness since March and have benefitted hugely from training outside since the gyms have all closed due to Lockdown. I don’t see myself rejoining a conventional gym again.
Ollie has pushed me to achieve my goals - weight loss and muscle growth - with a rigorous training regime and by educating me about my diet, which has proved highly successful. Not only am I feeling better, both mentally and physically, but I’ve also got a tan from spending time outside every few days!
If you’re in Bristol and want some encouraging help with your fitness, I would highly recommend Ollie to sort you out.

I have been training with Ollie for three and a half years. I started with him following a serious illness and he has got me from that point to regularly lifting big weights (something I didn’t know I enjoyed or cared about!). He is endlessly supportive, will adjust every exercise to my body, ability and health needs. I didn’t think I was someone who’d fit in with the PT world but he has worked to my own goals and spurred me on. It is always empowering to see the range of people he works with. If you are anxious about exercise or need help working with your body and ability I cannot recommend him enough. Mainly he is a jolly lovely person and even makes getting up in the cold and dark to train fun.
