Théa has transformed my relationship with running. There have been times when I loved the run I was on but it was fleeting and rare.
Now I am hooked, I am loving the journey of becoming a runner and Théa is the perfect companion. She sets me a running plan which I love because of its variety and then when we meet she gets me to do all sorts of exercises, drills, strength work, balance work which I also love but would probably never do if left to my own devices.
Théa is a fountain of knowledge and is always up for answering my next barrage of questions in a way that's informative and hugely inspiring. Today I asked about cadence but instead of just explain she showed me, had me do it and it just clicked and felt great, just another thing I can't wait to try (in my case increase).
Théa is all about injury prevention and despite that not being too necessary for me to be thinking about (thankfully!) it's wonderful to know that Théa is thinking about it for me. I feel confident that with Théa on my team I'll be running into old age which is my goal.
Highly, highly recommended!
Just book in a session and see what you think, you may be like me and learn that running is something that you can relish and love (again. And again...)

Following a back injury, I was looking for a trainer who could help me to get stronger, fitter and more comfortable on a bike. I've been working with Thea for the past year and she is brilliant. We work on core strength, leg strength, balance and flexibility and I've improved so much since I started - and hopefully will continue to do so. Thea really challenges you - by the end of the hour I really know I've had a proper workout - but it's never too much and I know that all the hard work is helping me to get stronger.

5 stars - Fantastic, Théa has really helped me with working towards achieving my fitness goals over the past few months.
I spoke to her initially to help with my endurance whilst running, with the aim of running a marathon and she has provided not just great raining sessions but advice that I will able to use well into the future.

Thea is simply great. Professional, always attentive, absolutely bespoke sessions that seem just what I need. And I'm constantly amazed at the huge variety of exercises and activities she produces - no two sessions ever seem alike. As a gymnast she knows an awful lot about core strength, my own speciality area of weakness! Thea blends a helpful friendliness with pitching sessions just at the right level to stretch you - mentally and physically. Highly, highly recommended.

Thea's Kick-start plan does just what it says "on the tin". I was ready to make changes to my nutrition and physical activity. When i first sought fitness advice from Thèa, I was in the middle of recovering from a workplace shoulder/arm injury, and was looking for help with this, and to maybe get a little physically fitter along the way. Thèa has helped me achieve all that and much more in the past 18 months! I am loving the variety of my fitness training and exercise plans, which have helped me remain committed, and I now really enjoy exercising regularly.
My goals have shifted somewhat during our time working together, as my injury recovery really improved with Thèa's help. Now, I'm looking to build on my physical strength and fitness levels further, and am seeing the results in my body's physical changes, which have got me even more motivated for the coming year.
I can't wait to continuing to work with Thèa - she is a fun, enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer, and has become a good friend in that time too!
