I started training with Tom a couple of months ago after suffering with knee tendon problems and tight hips - and am noticeably stronger and more flexible with a much greater range of movement and balance. I was impressed with Tom's thorough assessment of what was causing my problems, and how he developed an exercise process totally tailored to my needs which he is constantly updating as I progress. The exercises are varied, interesting to learn and challenging enough for me to work hard and feel progress with each session. Tom is patient and really encouraging so that I feel confident to try new exercises. I'd thoroughly recommend ProTom!

I've been attending kickboxing sessions for over a year now at Redland led by Tom of ProTom Fitness. The quality of the training is never in doubt. Tom is both patient and encouraging. I decided to book some 1-2-1 personal training sessions in with Dora and always felt amazing after! This was something out of my comfort zone however, Dora was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Dora had created a plan for each session, We started at a level I felt comfortable and worked on it each week. I also had access to the online training plan and recipes via the app/website. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to improve there level of fitness!

I would highly recommend Tom… Couple of months ago, i used to train online with my Previous PT who was very good…. Suddenly, i developed severe pain in my left butts… Sadly, he had no clue for it… The pain left me in severe pain and i was not able to walk for 5 minutes, Stand or do any activity…. Thankfully , I found Tom by Luck and he started training me… He diagnosed me as having Piriformis Syndrome .. I was so happy as he managed finally to find the cause and the pain started to disappear from First Session…. Tom has many things that i did not find with other PTs.. He is so honest, Committed to his work, approachable, Helpful and Extremely lovely and Kind …. I really enjoyed training with him and he made a great difference with Me .. Second time with Tom and he is even better than before!
At the beginning of 2021 I had an opportunity to plan a long overdue break and spend a few months doing marine conservation diving in the Raja Ampat region of Indonesia. As part of this program I would be able to train up to Dive Master level however this required a signed medical certificate and there was no way I was going to pass it in my current state.
At 57 and nearly 18 stone it was not entirely surprising my blood sugars and cholesterol were at problematic levels. Whilst the lockdown didn’t help it was clear that my weight was going the wrong way since I last saw Tom way back in 2013!
I gave up drinking and improved my diet and managed to lose a stone over a few months but I still felt very unfit and knew I would struggle to pass my medical let alone dive twelve times a week for 2-3 months. I decided then that my best option was to get private hourly sessions 3 times a week for 10 weeks which would have to happen at 06:30 during the week as this was the only way I could fit things in.
I needed more than just having someone watch me on cycle machines and doing weights so I turned back to Tom. When I had seen him before he transformed my skiing by designing specific training programs to focus not just on strength and cardio but also mobility and functionality. The other great thing about working with Tom is that whilst you can feel the muscles you have worked on you are never in pain such that you can’t do the next session which is probably due to the awesome stretching he does with you.
This time was no different with a whole load of new techniques, core and rotational exercises. The difference is phenomenal - my body just seems to work properly, my dodgy knee is a lot better (he is great if you have pre-existing injuries) and whilst I didn’t actually lose much weight my body shape changed and I was able to dust off plenty of old clothes!
Be under no allusion it is hard work - Tom will always push you but he seems to be able to judge your limits and keep you going. If you are prepared to put the effort in Tom will work wonders! The most important part is that my bloods are all now within normal levels, I passed my dive medical comfortably and I am totally confident I will be able to dive so much more comfortably.

I travel a lot for work and always struggle to keep up a good fitness level by finding a fitness regime that I both enjoy and suits my changeable hours. When I moved to Bristol 4 months ago I came across ProTom Fitness and started doing the group personal training session and the lunch time quick fit classes, it is by far the fittest I've been in years and I really enjoy every workout. Tom is great at adjusting the sessions for your capabilities and what you want to achieve. It is never repetitive and I feel like I am constantly improving when I train with him. I am leaving Bristol in one month and am trying to persuade ProTom Fitness to open up branches across the UK so I don't have to go back to the mediocre training I have experienced in the past. I highly recommend ProTom Fitness and think its excellent value for money.

Tom is worth every single penny you spend for his professional expertise. Over the time I've worked out with Tom I have not only improved my strength and stamina, but the shoulder/neck/elbow muscle problem I came to him with has completely gone. Even though I'm over 40, my fitness has improved and so has my physique, with a much more toned result than with other personal trainers. I also actually enjoy my training sessions with Tom - they're really hard work but never boring, he helps me to achieve more than I think I can do without any risk of injury and I've even begun to learn some proper kickboxing, which is brilliant fun and great all-round exercise! I couldn’t be happier with my time at ProTom Fitness. Tom is a great, honest trainer and has really helped me improve my strength, stability and flexibility. I came to Tom with a challenge, I had torn the cartilage in my knee and was desperate not to lose the fitness in my legs whilst awaiting my surgery. He tailored the training around my injury and has actually built the strength and stability in my legs so that I will be in better position for recovery following my surgery. Tom also identified early on areas for me to improve that I just wouldn’t have known without a personal trainer who knows his stuff. The sessions were fresh and interesting each week and showed how you can use a simple set of gym equipment and your body weight to do everything you need. It’s all about the free form board! I've been doing Kick-boxing for almost one year now and few months ago I started personal training with Tom. He is a highly skilled trainer with many years of experience, who is always there to help people that wish to improve themselves and see progress. He is my choice for fitness, because he respects my goals and pushes my limits. When training, Tom gives all of his attention to you, caring about your posture and how you're coping. I highly recommend ProTom Fitness. I started the Kickboxing 4 Fitness (now Quickboxing) class about a year ago, which as its original name suggests involves both kickboxing and fitness within a single session. Those classes always involve plenty of one to one training so I can confidently say that Tom is a dedicated personal trainer who knows what he is doing, always looks to spice up his classes, and truly cares about those he trains. I had previously always found fitness to be repetitive and Tom has managed to make it both fun and efficient. I started training at ProTom fitness a few months ago and do a mix of the group sessions and personal training with Dom. I’ve really enjoyed learning a new style of kickboxing, especially learning to spar, which is done in a controlled environment which is great for building confidence.
Dom is a really great trainer, he brings loads of enthusiasm and energy to all of his sessions which are the perfect balance of being fun but also challenging- I am pushed on every session so feel like I am constantly learning something new.

I was recommended ProTom Fitness by a friend who had been taking their kickboxing classes. I had never had any type of personal training before, but I had been suffering from back problems for over a year and I was looking for exercise that was a) stimulating and challenging b) kind to my back c) not cycling. Tom’s training philosophy is based on looking at the body holistically, and matching exercises to real life movement. He emphasises technique, important when trying to avoid injury. Whilst nervous at first I soon grew more confident as I never finished a session with any back pain. After the initial sessions we spent a few weeks preparing for a ski trip. He has some excellent ski workouts which I highly recommend! 5 months later and I still see him every week. Tom puts a lot of thought into tailoring each session to that day’s goal which means no session is the same and you rarely do the same exercise twice. He also gives you excellent fitness plans to take away and gives great nutritional advice. I feel fitter than I have in years!

After spending a personal training session with Tom (ProTom Fitness) I walked away with an incredible feeling in every inch of my body and a better understanding of my body's strengths and weaknesses.
Tom has a brilliant core philosophy and excellent understanding of how the body should move. I am currently training for a marathon event and we went through some extremely useful core exercises, which are drastically overlooked in the health industry and a key aspect of maintaining structural integrity - especially for runners.

I originally signed up for kickboxing classes with ProTom Fitness - not being a natural when it comes to exercise, I was looking to have fun at the same time as getting fitter. A bit nervous at first, but I needn’t have worried! The classes are great – I feel like I’m learning something, I feel more confident and I have great fun with a lovely bunch of people.
Feeling I wanted to do more, I had a look to see what else was offered by ProTom Fitness, and I came across Tri-Planner Kettlebell Training – an 8 week course, training twice a week. I had a few motivations to sign up – building a higher level of fitness, shorter, more intense exercise sessions, and to build strength, particularly on my shoulder. I’m lucky enough that my training sessions as personal – one on one with Tom, which is great because I really feel that it make so much difference. It’s a chance to really be able to work on any weaknesses I have, and I don’t think I would have progressed so much otherwise. Tom is a great personal trainer who really knows what he is talking about and really cares about what he is doing to help people! I always feel great after my personal training sessions, and after 6 weeks I feel such a difference in my shoulder and can’t believe the weights I can lift with it! Once the course is finished, I’ll definitely carry on training with ProTom Fitness!

I started training with them more than one year ago, when I joined their thai kickboxing class and since then both Thai Kickboxing Fitness and the personal training have become part of my fitness routine. The classes of Thai Kickboxing are amazing: you get a great amount of sweat and cardio while learning techniques.
Beyond Thai Kickboxing, the personal training sessions with Tom have really made the difference for me. He is very knowledgeable and helps you to focus on what really matters, that is to train your body in different ways and become a fit and well functioning human being :D. I have done many PT sessions with him and he is always coming up with different exercises. This makes it nearly impossible to get bored, which for me is a big plus. I have a very weak knee but in the last year I have been hiking, running and skiing more than usual and I never had issues. I’ve been working with the ProTom team for around two months now. I’ve not had a personal trainer before so this has all been a learning experience for me. I made the decision to go with a trainer having become completely disillusioned with my gym routine at the time. I was seeing little benefit from the routine I was doing and finding it difficult to motivate myself to go after a long day at the office. I was on Tom’s mailing list and had an email one day about the benefits of personal training. Intrigued, I responded and Tom got in touch. I liked Tom’s “direct” approach – no messing around, no room for slacking (which I need!). He helped me identify both my short and long term goals and quickly spotted areas of weakness that needed greater focus. In a very short time, my fitness levels have improved substantially as have my energy levels, muscle tone and posture. The sessions are a mix of high impact cardio and resistance training. No two sessions are the same, which I like – it stops me from getting bored! I’ve surprised myself as to what I can actually do – Tom pushes you three steps beyond what you think is your limit. It’s hard work but definitely worth it. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom, Dora and the ProTom team.

I can thoroughly recommend Tom at ProTom! As a 62year old who, despite walking to and from work, has not followed an exercise regime before and was nervous about working with a personal trainer.
Tom's introductory session was interesting and fun. He worked my muscles head to toe to support the training plan at the gym sessions and for me to work through at home.
Every session has been innovative and fun and has boosted my energy levels and made a noticeable difference to muscle tone.
An unexpected side effect of the regime has been an improvement in my lung capacity which has reduced issues with my asthma.

I have had a few personal trainers before but Tom is by far the most thorough in teaching responsible fitness. He has pushed me just as much, if not more than, all other trainers I have had but has always been very attentive when it comes to correct technique and proper training. While with him, I have learnt a lot about fitness and what works well for me thanks to his detailed logical explanations. I have learnt how to optimise my aims whilst avoiding any potential injury in overworking myself. Our sessions have always been interesting, challenging and enjoyable. I kick box with ProTom twice a week as a personal training client. This will sound like a cliché, but it really had made such a difference to my life. I feel fitter, look more toned and am much more confident as a result. But it hasn’t been easy! I wouldn’t say I’m a natural and I’ve really had to work hard to make progress with my kick boxing technique. But Tom has been great. When I struggled with my confidence in the first few weeks, Tom listened to my concerns and gave me a fantastic pep talk. My technique improved massively as a result. Tom won’t offer you any quick fixes, but if you are willing to work hard and persevere, you will see some fantastic results.

I have been working with ProTom Fitness for a few years now. He has worked with me individually and also with our Elite Squash Academy. We are a movement based coaching system and ProTom fitness methods and ideas perfectly compliment this. Their attention to detail and focus on quality really helps build a persons all round body function and would compliment any sport or individual. ProTom fitness still works with myself and our Junior and Professional players using the Abdomimax (medicine ball training methods) as well as many other aspects. I joined ProTom Fitness Personal Training, Bristol in early January 2014, following an advert I saw for a 90 minute trial session. I have not looked back since. I use a big, local gym for day to day routines, and was getting bored - I wanted 121 Personal Training in a quiet environment, and importantly, with someone who was genuinely interested in helping me, rather than line their corporate pockets! Tom took the 90 minute trial to watch me in a variety of exercises to understand my limits and what I wanted to achieve -this was really great and helped me to build trust with Tom. When I turned up for my first official session, Tom had already built me a programme tailored to me - not anyone else, but me. This was really important as I have used other PT's in the passed who just use a "one size fits all" approach. The results I got from this in month one were noticeable to me - and I found Tom was motivating me to push myself more and more each week. Tom also provided me with a food diary, which I kept to make sure what I was eating was both sufficient and decent - this was a bonus I wasn't expecting. Throughout the course of the month, Tom sends regular emails and videos - they range from different exercises to try at home, to different recipes you could try to cook. All something that I am convinced you do not get elsewhere. Finally, Tom also runs classes in between sessions that you can attend if you wish - of which, I have every intention of using when my work diary calms down slightly. All in all, highly recommend, worth every penny, and importantly, Tom is a thoroughly decent chap.

I found Tom at ProTom Fitness when I moved to Clifton a year ago. I was very unfit, struggling with bad knees and my Physiotherapist had suggested I found a Personal Trainer to ensure I exercised correctly.
Tom immediately understood the physical issues and set about creating a variety of exercises to strengthen my knees. I returned to my Physio after about 2 months and he was extremely impressed with the regime Tom had me doing - I have not been back to the Physio since....
One year later I have lost a stone, am back on the ski slopes (with no muscle soreness for the first time in years!) and about to do the Bristol 10k. Every session with Tom is fun (in a hard way!), different and always focussed to my goals at the time and whilst he is not the cheapest he is without doubt the best Personal Trainer I have used.

I first heard about ProTom Fitness when attending a talk given by Bristol based adventure racer Nick Gracie and was intrigued to hear Nick say that attending Tom's classes had helped his running and to be injury free. As someone keen to improve their running but who had been struggling with injuries I decided to give the classes a go. I've now been going for nearly a year now and it's been great. The classes are hard but well pitched and varied; Tom and the other instructors are fair and encouraging, helping you get the best from yourself in every class. I've enjoyed injury free running for months now (including no lower back pain), and put a lot of this down to the improvement in my core fitness and strengthening that I've been doing by going regularly to the classes. Why don't you give it a go?!
In summer 2018 I badly sprained my ankle and decided to ask Dom for some individual PT sessions as I couldn't go to the group classes - the individual sessions have been great! Dom was incredibly patient; he pitched each session perfectly in terms of pushing me but also managing my injury and building on what I could do by way of rehab and recovery. I think it's been a really key part of getting over the injury & back to running, and I continue to be impressed with ProTom Fitness!

I came across ProTom Fitness in October last year when I wanted to try something new and add some more excitement in my training routine. I booked my first Kickboxing 4 Fitness session and I loved it! Although I found it tough, dipping in sweat for an hour and a half, the feeling afterwards was simply amazing and I immediately booked another session. Few months of doing it, I decided to try the other class that ProTom Fitness offers – Core Strength 4 Fitness. At that point I thought I was relatively fit, but man, was I wrong! It was very challenging and a lot of fun! No session is the same – you always try something new, push your body to the limit, and most importantly, learn something new while burning a couple of hundred calories! Tom has managed to pay attention to everyone, and thus provide personal care in a class environment. I highly recommend his classes – it is totally worth it and you will definitely see results!

Looking for 1:1 personal training or maybe something in a class environment where you hope you aren’t overlooked or out of place? ProTom Fitness is the provider for you with a seamless mix of both which I think make him unique. The gym had fallen down my list of priorities but after a chat with Tom I signed up and am now entering my fifth week and I look forward to each and every class, the nutritional information and food plan is great and it’s improved the way I’m feeling about myself. Tom and his trainer Pete work us hard, there’s no doubt of that but each exercise is well explained and we are constantly challenged to push ourselves. The variety of exercises keeps it interesting so I’m in this for the long haul. Try it, you get the personal trainer experience in a class environment where you are all pushing each other while having fun, I don’t regret it and I doubt you will either.

Action Man Training.
I've been training now with Tom for about 4 weeks on the action man program, it's been hard work but really enjoyable. The way that Tom explains what is required, makes sure that the technique and form are correct for each individual exercise is to a very high standard. I find it's great that he can apply the same attention to a group of us as he does to his individual clients.
So if your looking for something very different and satisfying this is right way to go and fantastic fun with all the guys that are working/taking part. Here's to the next twelve weeks and more challenging workouts to come. Thank you Tom.

I have been going to Abdomimax for about 3 years. You get such a unique experience, Tom and Peter really get to know you and tailor exercises to suit your abilities. Just before I started Abdomimax I had lost a lot of weight (and still had some to go) but hadn’t done much exercise. I really wanted to get stronger and fitter so I talked to Tom, explained my goals and he’s helped me to make it happen! I’m now at a healthy weight and my core strength and stability keeps on improving.
It really doesn’t take long before you see a difference – after only a few sessions I was feeling fitter, I was toning up and even my posture improved!
Something which has been invaluable to me is being taught how to stretch properly. I do a lot of running and I was finding that I kept straining the same muscle over and over. After a chat with Tom and Peter, they gave me really helpful advice and showed me the perfect stretch for my problem – now I run pain free – without restriction!

I had a really good time at ProTom. I started with the morning sessions and their professional training impressed me so much that I went with personal training. These three months training have been very effective, I lost some weight and gained some quite obvious muscles. Tom is a great trainer. He is fit and tough and motivational and all that jazz - but his edge is his brain.
Of course he can do all the stuff a personal trainer can do, and you should expect, and look forward to, some good proper workouts that leave you stretched and exhausted. For sometimes several days afterwards.
Beyond the 'being able to exhaust his clients', he has much more. He can see what you need and knows what the best exercises are that will help you. His exercises all support the resolution of your weaknesses and ailments, the improvement of your posture, and the development of your physical confidence.
I recommend Tom without hesitation. And he's funny. And good value for money.

I started going to personal training sessions with Protom because I was looking to be more accountable in losing weight, becoming stronger, toned and fitter. I have attended Kickboxing classes before but I admired the way Kickboxing4fitness by Pro Tom Fitness had a different take on things. Unlike most Kickboxing class this one focuses more on the technique then grading the person.
Grading the person entails the kick-boxer to pay to compete to get a higher colour belt which then you also have to pay for. In other kickboxing classes you may feel pressure to attain a high coloured belt as a status symbol but Tom can train you to those higher levels of fitness, technique, strength and so forth with no grading.
All of the members are friendly and welcoming to new people, a great class for fitness.

Working out with Tom is hard-work, satisfying, fun...I feel a great sense of achievement after each session. Like other PTs, he doesn't stand there pressing buttons on the cross trainer or running machine. He's very focused. motivated and a lovely guy.

I have known Tom for about 5 years and I have tried most of his training systems. I can only say that I was consistently satisfied with all of them. I started in his kickboxing class and his attention to form and technique was outstanding and helped me progress a lot. His instruction style is hitting the right balance between being the friendly, sociable teacher and the drill sergeant - and you need both of these types in a class if you want to achieve results. One of the key strengths of Tom was always the amount of individual attention you get in his classes: whatever you are doing, he always has his eagle eyes trained on you (he must have a few pair of those) and jumps in at the right moment to correct you, improve your positions or adjust the level of training to your needs and abilities. It's pretty much like having your own personal trainer whilst you also train with other people - the best of both worlds as far as I'm concerned. Thanks to Tom's teaching, I was later able to hold my ground with confidence when trying myself in different martial arts clubs and classes.
More recently, I have been looking for a training regime that breaks the relatively boring routine of gym/running so I tried the Abdomimax and Tabata sessions. I have to say, I was surprised to find out how - after many years of training behind me - I could so easily be challenged by 30mins - 1 hour long sessions of functional training. I love the variety of exercises - there are never two classes going down the same path - and the way I always feel 'attacked' from new fronts (typically by exerting muscles I didn't even know I had!). Whenever I feel I mastered a type of exercise, Tom or Peter introduces just the little tweak, just the little extra difficulty that makes the whole exercise look like a brand new challenge. This way, I can always look forward to a new Abdomimax or Tabata session, knowing that I will have fun, but I will also have a good, hard and satisfying training.

I have quite a small upper frame so my arms and shoulders are naturally quite weak, however ProTom Fitness has helped me achieve more stength in this area through his tailor made exercises.

I've been training with Dora from ProTom Fitness now for several months as part of my recovery from my 5th major knee surgery which as I'm sure you can imagine doesn't make getting fit particularly easy. Dora has been really great at working to maximise my strength and fitness whilst protecting my knees. I have been training at ProTom personal training classes for few months before I have moved to Australia and I would like highly recommend this class for people who would like to loose weight as well as get their body tight all over. I have tried many different types of sport before but none of them gave me such amazing results in few months. You will get a lot of 1:1 training in the class what will make you work out as best as you can and not to be lazy! I was attending classes only once a week and it actually gave me unbelievable results which I didn't experience before. I am looking for a good core stability class to join now in Australia, meanwhile trying to keep my results working out at home. Working out at ProTom classes with medicine ball is not boring as you need to concentrate to keep core and play with the ball at same time which gives you great results, especially on belly area which was my problematic bit. Good luck and give it a go - it is really worth trying out!

I was in a pitiful fitness condition. I was not able to run 15 mns! I decided that it was hard time to reverse the trend. When I come to know Tom's services, I had experienced before 6 personal trainers. Only one brought me some results..which disappeared after 3 months!So,I was very sceptical. However I did a go. Result? After one year of work with Tom I have changed my habbits for life! Quite impressive, that he has been incredibly talented in introducing sport as vital part of my daily life. How he did it? I think that in comparaison to my last experiences, Tom doesn't come with a unique process (one for all clients) but has an indepth knowledge of how the body is working. Therefore, he is using his extensive experience to create each time new exercices to develop part of the body. On the top of that(and I believe that it is this skill which make him unique) he will taylor made those creative exercices according to your personality. So it allows you to keep carrying in doing them. You never give up. You can't be bored. I have to admit that I never saw that before. Also, Tom is a strongly organised professional. I have been training with Tom and Ildi on a weekly and fortnightly basis since July (3 months now). Through their excellent 1hr one-to-one sessions which focus on a full-body core workout (a mixture of HIIT and strength exercises), online excercises to do at home and advice on nutrition, I have seen huge improvements in my weight and fitness. When I started my first session in July, I weighed 100kg.
Through some discipline in the kitchen (nothing drastic - mainly cutting down on sugar and alcohol and increasing the veg) and trying to do 2 cardio sessions (a 30min jog or cycle to work) plus two core strength sessions per week (one with ProTom, one at home with bodyweight or medicine ball), I have seen my weight plummet to 91.5kg, a loss of 8.5kg or 1st 4lb in 13 weeks!
I now fit in many of my older clothes and friends, colleagues and family have all commented that I look a lot slimmer and healthier. I have it all to thank to Tom and Ildi. This might not be the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for, and ProTom has been worth every pound.

ProTom Fitness Abdominax classes are high intensity and I found myself struggling a bit as I had not been doing much exercise beforehand but the trainer was very helpful and accommodating providing helpful adjustments to the exercises being performed to allow for different abilities. I was nervous before the session as to what to expect but the trainer was very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease

It helped give us an enjoyable introduction to martial arts but without any fuss or too much pain and really helped give us a good workout at the same time.

KICK BOXING 4 FITNESS & CORE STABILITY
I have been attending sessions with Tom Lakos since July 2012.. Wow.. My life totally changed for the better... I came across a advert for ProTom - Kickboxing 4 Fitness classes. I had lost at the time around 7 stone when I started Kickboxing classes but as I had a little more to loose I thought I would give it a try.. I wanted to limit myself being left with a lot of loose skin from my weight loss. Oh my goodness I found it really tough at first, I remember my first session being so exhausted I could barely speak and was dripping with sweat but I went back for more.
I persevered and soon got into a weekly routine and found that quickly Tom showed me how to Kick Box, even the warm up sessions were gruelling and I easily burned a couple of hundred calories. At each session I wear a heart rate monitor and seeing how quickly I burn calories spurs me on as I on average I was burning around 800+ calories at the end of each session. I often celebrated quietly to myself. I quickly got hooked on exercise and my passion for it grew and grew. Through diet and exercise especially Kickboxing I managed to reach my target weight on 3rd September 2012 and eventually exceeding that target to losing 8 stone in total. I have dropped 6 dress sizes. I know Kickboxing 4 Fitness has played a big part in getting me to the finish line. Core Stability for me has been a God send... I know I have improved on my core strength and balance... I have learnt to push myself and even though at first it was hard to be disiplined Tom really took care in teaching me the correct approach to excercise.. TOM NEVER CUTS ANY CORNERS.. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO IT HE WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY! He cares about each individual and makes sure that you are getting the best out of each session and also that you are enjoying yourself as that is important too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRO TOM FITNESS..GIVE IT A TRY AS I KNOW YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED...

Im practicing kickboxing since I'm 16 years old and both coaches Tom and Dominic are authentic enthusiastic of the sport. They know very well how adecuate the class depending on the level of the disciples.
