I needed a sports massage on my legs as part of my training for a half marathon and Ethan was fantastic! He talked me through which muscles he was working on and why, how my habits and posture affect the tightness of certain areas of my legs and I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. He also advised me on some stretching techniques that would help me between sessions as and when I felt I might need them. A very thorough session, would highly recommend!

I’ve worked with Connor for over a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. He doesn’t promise the moon on a stick, just consistent progress towards your goals that keeps things fun and novel. I’ve been seeing Ethan for around 4 months for physio and he’s so so talented. I’ve suffered with rotator cuff issues for most of my adult life and now I have zero pain. He’s so knowledgeable about the human anatomy and is such an expert on how to make your body feel good again.

Great way to keep fit, excellent instruction and very community orientated. I started going to Real Good Fitness classes during lockdown with painful shoulders and a bad back, both have now gone, due I am sure to regular exercise and knowledgeable instruction. I do the classes in all weathers and cannot recommend them enough.......66 years old and feeling 46 thanks to RGF.

Real Good Fitness: taking care of all your fitness and wellbeing needs. I am actually astounded by the combined knowledge of anatomy / functional fitness / combined exercise and physical therapy that Ethan and Connor offer in every class and treatment session. RGF also have been amazing at building the local community in Long Ashton and Portishead. I love attending the quarterly socials! I have also had sports therapy with Ethan for a knee injury, including physical therapy and rehab exercises. Thank you!

Fantastic PT's who really know their stuff. Connor takes the time to talk through the exercises we are doing, what you should be feeling and help with form. Ethan's Real Good Recovery sessions have been fantastic over lockdown! The classes are a perfect route into yoga & mindfulness and provide a calming interlude in a busy day. Ethan clearly takes time and effort to make his classes an experience and is a great teacher. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy Real Good Fitness and look forward to the keep fit sessions, which were outside before our current lockdown, but now are conducted on Zoom for the moment. Ethan and Connor are excellent at creating a fitness program that makes you aware of your body, an approach that gives amazing results in a short time. Ethan and Conner also create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in the fitness session, giving clear instructions during the demonstrations of the exercises.

Sessions with Real Good Fitness have been amazing for me. No matter how many are in the class I feel like I get 1-1 attention.
I have been with them for approximately 18 months both face to face and Zoom over lockdown having never stuck with any class for more than a few months.
The classes cater for all levels. I’ve suffered with back pain for years, this has now pretty much resolved. My core strength and overall flexibility have improved considerably.
