I had PT sessions with Sarah during my second and third trimester of pregnancy as I wanted to maintain some cardio safely.
Sarah is brilliant, knowledgeable and helped me to continue exercise in a way that supported my pregnancy! So friendly and professional, I always feel comfortable and get a great session from it at the same time!

Sarah is by far one of the most reliable, professional, kind, high-spirited, and motivating people I have ever worked with. I have been training with Sarah since the beginning of April this year and already feel stronger an more confident about myself. She keeps me motivated all the time and is always available to talk to and give feedback & advice. I started training with Sarah to find motivation and support in doing something I had never enjoyed before. Since our very first session she kept me focused and committed to a weekly fitness schedule. She’s helped develop a new attitude in me, offering every time new and different exercises so I couldn’t get bored, always keeping an eye on my needs and back issues too. She also has a friendly nature which makes you feel at ease while focusing on training and achieving your goals. She’s helped me with my nutrition too and provided with some customized home-workout. After a couple of months with her, I now feel fitter and enjoy life more. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough, she’s experienced and professional, and gets the balance right between motivating you and supporting you to achieve your full potential.

When we went into lockdown last March I was really missing my Pilates classes... and a work colleague recommended Sarah's online Pilates sessions. Sarah's online classes were really enjoyable and well taught. Its a shame I don't live closer as I'd have a go at one of her face to face classes now. Sarah puts all her energy and expertise into supporting her clients 100% whichever programme they are following with her. I would thoroughly recommend Sarah!

I have been doing pilates classes with Sarah since the first lockdown. I found her on line and am still joining her classes each week. Sarah has a lovely manner and I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to my pilates classes. I have also joined her Lift & Lean programme, which is fab, it includes a live workout each week and recorded sessions too, plus nutritional advice, and an accountability check as well. Sarah often does live sessions and posts which are engaging and relevant to me. I would thoroughly recommend Sarah. Once lockdown lifts and we are able to go back to face to face classes I really hope Sarah continues to do some on line classes too.

I first met Sarah through signing up to a pregnancy fit class. She’s knowledgeable and encouraging along with having a good sense of humour which helped when you’re heavily pregnant in a heatwave! The classes were a great way of keeping active and lots involved moves I could do at home and in that way they were super useful as well as fun.
I then did some online training with Sarah using her videos. They are clear and engaging and definitely got the heart rate up.
If you want to work with someone who knows what they’re doing and who can encourage and lift you through your fitness journey I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I was introduced to Sarah's pilates class through a partner company at work. She's been teaching a group of peers and colleagues remotely via video link during the Great Lockdown of 2020 and I've thoroughly enjoyed the class. Having had some experience of yoga , I've loved the side-step to pilates and will be keeping it up - heavily influenced by my positive experiences with Sarah - both highly challenging and hugely enjoyable. I have trained with Sarah over the last two years and she has truly been an exceptional trainer. When I started I was a size 16 and feeling sluggish and suffering with menopause symptoms and over the last two years Sarah has helped me find my energy levels and brought me up to a good fitness regime. Sarah is brilliant!
After having my little one I put on 2 stone and although I knew I wanted to lose it, just didn't know where to start really. Sarah put a plan together and within six weeks not only had I lost a stone, but also a lovely 9cm off my waist! Her sessions are always fun and something I look forward to and have greatly improved my general fitness too. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a bit of guidance and support or general improvement in fitness levels.

I’ve been going to Sarah’s classes for a few years and this year have attended her online classes. I really enjoy Sarah’s sessions, she has a wide range of classes from Pilates to ‘lift and lean’ and personal training and i’ve attended all of these. I highly recommend her sessions - she’s been a massive help in motivating me to keep exercising during lockdown!

Sarah's Lift Lean course and the Lift Lean club that followed really gave me the confidence to start strength training and use weights which was something I never imagined. I learnt the importance of strength training for our bones as we get older. Sarah shared lots of useful health and wellbeing information and tailored workouts and exercises to the needs of the group

Sarah has been very helpful to me.
I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees, heart failure and I’m morbidly obese.
Following a recommendation from a friend I have been working with Sarah for over a year.
We have concentrated on mobility and muscle strengthening exercises. This has been undertaken in my own home. I feel more agile and have lost a significant amount of weight. There is no doubt that if Sarah wasn’t moving on our arrangement would be ongoing.
Together we have achieved a lot and I would recommend her for anyone in my type of situation who requires either a kick start or an ongoing arrangement.
