I've been training with Sim at his home gym twice a week for 3 months now and I've been really enjoying it. Sim is very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and strength training. He designs interesting and tailored routines that push me and I've really felt myself getting stronger. I'd highly recommend working with Sim.

As a lapsed runner I chose to work with Sim because what he said about strength training and running simply made sense. He is incredibly knowledgeable on fitness in general and strength training in particular. He fine tunes exercises to really work for me and around various injuries with the result I’ve never been stronger in my life! Great little gym so we can work out even when it’s raining. Best thing I’ve ever done to improve my fitness.

Highly recommend Sim as a personal trainer! He's experienced and knowledgeable and has been able to create bespoke training sessions for both me (50 plus) and my teenage son. We're both really happy with the results and I feel more motivated and fitter than I have ever done. I also like the fact that he is able to give me suggestions for workouts/exercises I can do at home in between sessions.

Aim is a fantastic PT. He listened to my fitness objectives and built a program around them, both in the content of our sessions but also devising a personalised home workout program.
