My son has been doing twice weekly PT sessions with Wayne for a couple of months now.
Wayne has really helped him get motivated back into exercise and is helping greatly with weight loss and his mental health.
He enjoys the varied sessions Wayne designs and always feels better after his work outs.

Wayne is a great motivator and takes account of your personal training needs and tailors each session accordingly. Each session is different and varied and I am very happy with the results. Wayne is a great PT. He's very encouraging and has a knack at keeping you motivated even when you are tired and want to curl up on the sofa! He makes the sessions interesting by creating a mixture of exercises that work all areas of the body along with small bursts of cardio to get the heart working. Wayne’s HIIT classes are great!! I have been going to his weekly classes for over a month now and look forward to every session. Each session varies from the last and is always challenging but still a lot of fun.

Wayne is brilliant - I really enjoy his classes. The timings of his sessions in the early mornings (Mondays and Fridays @ 6.45am-7.15) make it possible for me to exercise around busy family life and work. Without fail, I always finish feeling brilliant. He has a great sense of humour making it good fun and I also love the way he challenges us to push ourselves. Every session is different and he is so enthusiastic you can’t help but enjoy it!

Wayne’s PT really pushes me and encourages me to do exercises using muscle groups that I wouldn’t normally factor into my workouts.
The sessions are the perfect compliment to my exercise routines, and because of the circuits used, they are varied and fun.

Joined Wayne on one to one sessions during lock down, being a big guy I was nervous of my fitness and feeling embarrassed. There was no need to worry, Wayne took his time with me, listening to exercises I found harder/easier. A few weeks later I feel 100% better, happier and healthier. He takes time to plan the lessons, encourages you and makes it enjoyable. Highly recommended to anyone no matter what your situation.

Wayne is not only a really knowledgeable personal trainer, he is attentive, imaginative, reliable, very responsive with messages and makes you feel as though he genuinely is interested in your progress as an individual right from day 1. Difficult to distract from the task of getting you doing the next exercise though! 😅 The military humour is spot on, hilariously entertaining even at early o"clock. Really enjoying the sessions both 1:2s with my sister and group HIIT sessions which are varied and pitch perfect in their intensity - hard work but you feel you are in good hands and can trust implicitly that he knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

I had never exercised in my life and with my age and size I thought it would not be for me.
However I joined my son for a taster session and now training three times a week. I would highly recommend WaynePT, experienced, knowledgeable and highly competent in his field. Non judgemental of size, age or ability, Wayne is able to adapt to fit your strength, stamina levels and works with you to develop all round fitness. What a difference in just a few short weeks, ability growing, stamina improving, and the general improvement in all of my joints mobility is making such a positive impact on my daily life. If in doubt, give it a go, you will not regret it.

Wayne is a great fitness instructor, an excellent motivator and caters for all levels. I have really enjoyed my pad fit sessions with him, although they are tough! He works every part of your body, but keeps you going with his fun and enthusiastic attitude. He is very good value for money, I highly recommend him.

If you're looking to improve your general health condition or you got overweight problems I can highly recommend Wayne PT. His sessions are not easy but I can assure you if you let him work with you, give him time for get you closer to your goal, you will get there. Nothing comes easy, a lot depends how you work during the sessions but give yourself and Wayne PT time and you will achieve your fitness goals. No pain no gain. Great work Wayne, keep it going 👍.

I’ve recently joined Wayne’s boot camps after no exercise for quite a few months and have really enjoyed the sessions! Wayne is v friendly & welcoming, making you really feel like part of the group from the start. The workouts are tough but totally worth it. It’s also so nice to exercise outdoors 🌳

Wayne Underwood the limitations of my husband's knee joint and built a training program specifically around this. It has restored my husband's confidence and determination. Great bootcamp sessions! I know I'm getting stronger and working harder than I usually do as I sure do feel it the next day - but during the workout time flies! I especially like that Wayne changes up the session everytime, there are no repeated exercises and theres a range of equipment I wouldnt have access to elsewhere - keeps me motivated and wanting to return. Highly recommend!
