Started DKnine at the beginning of January, having seen adverts online. I have never done anything in a gym before (I couldn't even do a proper squat a few weeks ago!), suffer from anxiety at times and never ever thought I'd actually be able to go to a gym due to feeling awkward/not knowing what to do etc. Mike and Jon are so understanding and helpful and have almost literally held my hand through the entire process and helped me with everything, repeatedly! Everyone I've met has been friendly and Holly is such a lovely person and talked me through the whole process. If you're unsure or self conscious or worried but have always wanted to join a gym, I definitely recommend coming here. Thanks again, guys. :)

Everyone at DKNine are so friendly, non judgemental and extremely supportive. I have always hated gyms and exercise but this gym definitely changed my mindset and I thoroughly enjoy attending the group and 1-2-1 sessions, thank you DKNine

After never really fitting in or feeling comfortable in a gym this place is amazing. As a seriously overweight unfit over 30 female a normal gym was so nerve wracking, the thought of working out near musclebound men and perfectly made up women who could run for an hour and not even sweat was bloody scary. I tried them all...I joined DKNine almost 7 months ago and haven't missed a session, apart from xmas week.. it's as much a part of my daily routine now as brushing my teeth. I genuinely am lost on "non gym days".. I've had hiccups and slip ups with food and training but I still feel so much better in myself and seeing results..I'm also quicker get back into routine after any food F#$k ups these days.. highly recommend it.. no matter how fat, fit or frumpy(I can say that I was/ now not so much all three F's) you look or feel.. I guarantee you, take on board all advice off the PT's and other members and you will see results... 👍

Such a warm and welcoming place to train, have fun and make friends. With so many classes and options suitable for everyone, there will be something for you there. The classes run all day so time could never be an excuse. Love the over 30s idea, you know that you're walking into a gym with likeminded people. Dont wait like i did, go for it!

I Rate this Gym with 5 stars All the trainers are super nice and help and encourage you no matter what level of fitness you are at.The staff behind the scene are always there to help or lend a ear .Have made lots of gym buddies.Look forward to walking through the door and feeling amazing when i walk out. No nonsense PT gym, with a really supportive community. Everyone is friendly and no one judges your ability. The instructors really know their stuff and will adjust and support you throughout your journey. This place (as seen in the name) is for over 30s only. There are absolutely no posers. Everyone just gets on with it. I can't recommended this place enough!!

Mike and Jon have been fab so far it's exactly what I was looking for: accountability, expertise and an environment that pushes me where I need to go. I've been surprised how well I've coped with their sessions so far and that is all thanks the PTs, pushing me and teaching good technique. Highly recommend them if your over 30 and wanting to get fit, even if it's your first time at a gym.

A friendly and inviting environment, with Jon & Mike - the coaches - on hand to guide you through the exercises and keep you motivated. It’s great being able to turn up with a session laid out for you that changes daily, and challenges you in different ways. Jess and Holly are also always great and available to offer support and guidance.

Joining Fithub30 has been the best decision I have made this year. It has totally transformed my life on many levels. Having moved to Cardiff with my two teenagers and starting a job working from home, I found myself being quite isolated. I had also put myself under an enormous amount of pressure focusing on everything else but myself. I needed to not only get out and about and meet new people but I was very underweight and needed to start building my body and strength back up. Then I found Fithub30 on the internet. I contacted them and after speaking with the lovely Holly, I knew this was the place for me. Holly totally understood my situation and was so helpful and inspiring. This is not your ‘normal’ gym. This is a warm and welcoming space filled with lovely, like- minded souls where you feel part of a ‘family’. The training you are given by the very experienced, professional coaches Dave, John and Mike is unsurpassed. They are warm and make you feel very welcome indeed. If you are a beginner or have been a member for a while, they are very astute and very good at helping you build upon your strengths and weaknesses. They make you feel so comfortable and at home. Fithub30 has helped me to build my confidence back up and get strong again, mentally, emotionally and physically. This is a space where you work hard but with the sense of achievement after a session, it’s so worth it. It does not take long before you start seeing results. Love them and would highly recommend!

You will love this gym! I did from the second I walked in and met everyone. I was so apprehensive about joining but there was absolutely no need to be at all. Friendly, supportive and encouraging. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the PT’s/staff. They provided lots of help and advice with an injury which I had, thanks guys! Lovely environment to train in, always a laugh whilst working hard. Three months in and I feel great 💪🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I'm not quite sure where to begin when describing how incredible DKnine Fitness is and what a massive difference it has made to my life! I have just completed the 6 week challenge and I am hooked!!! The team could not be more supportive, the coaches are just incredible and the whole DKnine experience is friendly, welcoming, fun and non-judgemental! From someone who was lacking motivation, commitment and confidence (literally driving to the gym and driving away again without going in!) I could not feel any stronger - mentally or physically! The 6 week challenge has made me realise who I really am - and who I can be! I cannot explain how much it has changed me both emotionally and mentally... and physically??? The best gym I have ever been to! The staff are brilliant and the other members are a joy to be around! I signed up for a 6 week trial and nearly two years later I have not only changed my body but also I am mentally the strongest I have ever been, my anxiety and depression have gone forever!!

I was so nervous and apprehensive when I signed up I hadn't done any exercise for over 20 years!!! I had no idea what a burpee was and the thought of a press up put me in a sweat .I'm now 5 wks in and absolutely loving it! Everyone is so friendly and I've met some lovely people, the trainers are great and I do more in the 45mins than I would if I spent 2hours in a corporate gym. It's a gym for real people who want real results all shapes and sizes .Definitely best decision I made 😊

Absolutely brilliant gym. From the first session you are made to feel welcome. The PT’s are great and no 2 sessions are the same. They know how to push you and always make the classes fun. I never realised working hard could be so much fun. Holly and Elsie are fabulous at looking after everyone and always support you with everything you need. DKnine has become my fitfam and I look forward to every session.
