Being new to the gym Joe was great in teaching myself about the correct form and technique for each movement in my personalised plan.
In our one to one sessions he was very professional and helped me to push beyond my limits. He is very confident and knowledgeable and communicated this across well to help me to train in the most effective way.
He worked out what macro and calorie intake I needed and created a training plan to suit my needs and was flexible in changing this throughout once my training goals had changed.
I would recommend Joe 100% to anyone thinking about getting a personal trainer!

I've been training with Joe for almost 4 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week on a personal one-on-one session, I really enjoy the variety & challenge he puts into the the sessions.
Joe focuses on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more hardcore workouts.
Note:
He checks on me on a regular basis to see how I'm doing with my training sessions and Diet which by the way is something else he does for me.
He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I thoroughly enjoy working with Joe and I know that with him on my side, I will reach my goals.I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer, if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

I've played rugby at a decent level for a few years now and have recently signed for a team that is a couple of league's above the structure that I'm used to and dare I say it comfortable with so I needed a bit of a shake up..... This is where Joe comes in.... He takes everything into account to maximise results as efficiently as possible.... Height, weight, age, player position..... The latter one being very important on how he tweaks my diet and training etc to get the edge I'm going to need on my opposition.
Unfortunately I'm currently injured, nursing a dislocated shoulder and will be out of action for a few months..... But the care and encouragement does not stop there from Joe..... Oh no.... What stands out for me is he stays in contact (txt or phone to suit you) as he would if I were training as normal....checking in on how I'm feeling, keeping morale high just when I need it, helping me stick to exercises that I can still do so I can't use my shoulder as an excuse and probably more important than everything else, making sure my diet is on point while tweaking it all the while to suit my body while I'm recovering.
This guy's professionalism knows no boundaries as does his care and commitment.... Your goals are his goals and he won't stop until you have met them.
I'm going to stick with Joe through my recovery because I know he will get the best out of me and I am very much looking forward to running back out onto the pitch again.

I have been training with Joe at the helm for a little over 3 months now with goals that have evolved and methods put in place to better maximise effect, considering my indavidual requirements both phisical and personal.
I started a smidge under 17.5 stone and generally looking like a gym ball with arms and legs! First goal was to strip some unwanted weight and set myself up for the next few months. He wrote me a personalised meal plan and accompanied that with a training program to follow, this was tracked daily and frequent contact to ensure I remained on track and established a good base. During this 10 days, I dropped almost 2 stone of weight, so his methods are solid and work exceptionally well.
Since the initial weight loss I have taken a different path and decided I want to get bigger. So the plan of attack evolved and we are currently going down the build route while strictly managing my diet and training to best suit my evolving physical condition.
So to summarise, if you want a personal trainer that can cover all of your physical goals and ensure you have the best possible chance of success then Joe is your man and you should definitely contact him for info.
