I was not in good shape and decided to look for a PT for additional help and motivation. After chatting with Andy and going over various excercises and a deciding a meal plan, I met Andy for a gym session. His calm, intelligent approach to session structure and encouragement gave me hope that I would continue in an excercise regime that would last. I found Andy extremely personable and friendly and enjoyed the session immensely because of that. After going to the gym a few times afterwards alone, I unfortunately gave up, some time ago, which was nothing against Andy, only my own fear of gyms. This is now something I have to get over as now need Andy's help more then ever. I have contacted Andy to arrange to start sessions again for which I intend to stick with..

I've been using Andy's personal training services for more than a year now and he's been fantastic. It was something I was apprehensive about getting into, with the initial prospect of attending a gym very daunting. After meeting Andy and discussing my goals I felt a lot more comfortable and confident moving forward. The sessions are catered for my ability and availability with them alternating between my house, outdoors and - more recently - at a local gym.
Being both personable and knowledgeable I would highly recommend Andy as a personal trainer and have done on multiple occasions.

Andy is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. He is dedicated to helping me achieve my goals and with all of his experience and expertise, after only 6 weeks I have noticed a massive difference in my fitness that has already been commented on by my friends.

PT sessions with Andy have been exactly what I needed following the birth of my second child. It has been fantastic for my physical health and shape but had an even greater impact on my mental health. After post natal depression with my first child I knew I had to be proactive this time around so got in contact with Andy and haven't looked back. I am physically pushed but also mentally calmed each session and feel like I am 're-set' each week.

Just completed self-defence course (10 sessions) with Andy and it was a great experience. I really enjoyed it and now I am more confidante. At the beginning, I wasn’t sure if I needed to learn this type of martial art but after almost two sessions I realized its importance specially for me as a female.
I never tried this before, I have zero experience but I highly recommend it specially with Andy.

I've had 6 sessions with Andy so far. He was great right from the start. He wasn't at all judgemental, he was encouraging and made me feel that I could achieve something..... and I did...... I went home with a smile on my face.

I have made some simple changes to my diet following Andy’s nutritional guidance and succeeded in losing 3 stone. Exercise is often physically challenging for me - I have mild scoliosis, the consequence of a car accident. Andy monitors my progress in every session, expertly adapting the programme using well-researched training techniques to adjust to my frequently changing limitations. Using remedial massage therapy Andy has relieved long-standing muscle constraints which, combined with my personalised training plan, has improved my range of movement and flexibility.

I have been working with Andy Ibrahim now for a number of months and I have nothing but good things to say about him as a professional, as a motivator (to someone rather unmotivated like me) and as a person. He is hugely knowledgeable on 'getting fit', nutrition and martial arts (he teaches Wing Chun and just came back from a refresher course in Kowloon). One of the things I find most fascinating about him and his way of teaching is that despite the rigorous nature of our training sessions, his mind and manner are so calm that I come away from our sessions physically "bushed" but feeling calmer, more focussed and less stressed. He has a way of pushing me close to my limit without exceeding it.
Andy always tries his best to fit in around my schedule so that our sessions have the least impact on my time-table -which is over-full already, so he will come early morning, or evening or on a saturday.
There has been a significant, measurable change in my level of fitness, tone and general physical flexibility as a result of our sessions. The changes were noticeable within the first 4 weeks. (2 sessions a week).
