I have been seeing Andy for 1-2-1 sessions since November 2021. This has had a huge impact on my life. Not only have I lost over 17kgs (37lbs) in 8 months, but it has had a positive impact on my confidence, mental wellbeing and motivation.
Andy is credit to his profession and offers professional and effective advice in a holistic way that truly helps people transform.

I’d always been interested in having a PT, but never took the plunge. I was due to get married (now postponed due to covid) and had seen lots of recommendations for Andy. He was local to me in Abberton too, so even better!
Andy’s studio is fantastic, very modern and kitted out with everything needed. I have learned so much from working with him and always look forward to my session, rather than dreading it like I would with the gym. The nutritional side of it was a big lesson for me, knowledge is definitely power! The things I’ve learned along the way are invaluable and have shared my knowledge with my whole family!
I’m so glad I took the plunge, not only is Andy a great PT, he’s a brilliant guy too. I on the track to a better version of me both physically and mentally and have gained a good friend.
And added bonus of working Andy is you get to attend his boot camps, which run twice a week down at Abbey Fields. They are a great bunch of people and make what is very hard work a very enjoyable experience.

I had seen Andy training other clients and thought I would try him out.
I wanted to build my strength up in my back as I spend many hours driving plant and had back pain. With Andy's approach to training I found it a great help not only with back pain but nutrition, also I am now confident in free weights. The programs he put together for me introduced me to many forms of exercise, with increasing difficulty, at my pace while keeping the pressure on. I was able to be flexible with my training day which was great as I work shifts, not only is Andy a great personal trainer but he is a great guy, fun, and very conscious that every client is different.

I have had Andy as my personal trainer since January. All I hoped for when I joined was to loose some weight and gain some muscle, but with Andy I was able to achieve more than I ever wished for.
I have had terrible posture since I was a teenager. I never thought it was fixable but it was the first thing Andy worked on with me and now people ask me if I'm taller.
I was able to loose 10kg because of the nutritional advice given, he didn't ban foods and explained things in a understandable way.
My body fat has gone down by 5% (although I think it's even more as its been a while since it was taken). But for the first time in my life I am toned with muscles!
Not only has he changed how I look physically, it's also changed emotionally, most people used to consider me shy but now I'm told I'm confident.
If you have a goal you want to achieve I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I have known Andy for many years, whilst serving in the Army and his personal training days. He was a top quality soldier and an even better personal trainer. I am using the online lifestyle, training and nutrition plan and I have to say it's absolutely brilliant. Within two months I've dropped around 12lbs, have gained muscle and transformed my body. There is still work to go, but I am very confident Andy will get me to where I want to be. The nutrition is amazing and has opened my eyes to what my body needs, not what's think it needs.

Andy has ( once I made the decision after reading many of his emails) to have 1 to 1 training with him. I’m not the youngest or the fittest but felt stuck with my continuous weight problems. Having done many slimming companies weight loss programs I now eat whatever I like - but smaller portions, I move more either at the gym or simply walking more. After losing weight and many inches I have decided to go it alone and see what I can do with this knowledge Andy has empowered me with but I also know that If I stumble or fail Andy is only a phone call away. Absolutely brilliant. Worked with Andy for a few weeks to improve my strength and fitness in preparation for an endurance event later in the year. My strength has improved so much, with his guidance, and I now feel much more confident in the gym. I haven't really engaged with the weight loss side of things because that isn't my goal, but the dietary advice and cook books are great. Despite this I have lost weight just by changing my workout routine. Bootcamp is also available which is a great workout, great fun and a lovely crowd of people. I cannot sing this guy's praises high enough, approachable, understanding, very knowledgeable and an all round nice guy who will help you every step of your journey, whether it be weight loss/gain, increased fitness or both.

I can't recommend Andy enough as a Personal Trainer . Here's my story
At the start of 2016 i was bed bound for 2 weeks due to side effects / complications of being Type 2 diabetic. An unhealthy lifestyle had taken it's toll with my weight, blood pressure and diabetes all dangerous high.
I contacted Andy / Stabilis Fitness and had my consultation. Straight away I knew he was going to be the right personal trainer for me with his direct approach and wide knowledge particularly in diabetes.
When I started my A1C blood sugars were in the danger zone tipping at 11.3 / 99 and blood pressure was 165 / 120. My Doctors had warned me i was a ticking time bomb as the eight different medications were not working.
Andy reviewed my diet and gave me the tools and confidence to start making positive changes. Eight months in and my A1C has gone down to the excellent / safe zone at 6.7 / 50 and my blood pressure is also down to safe levels which is all the more impressive as this has been achieved through diet and exercise with no medication.
I feel great with the added bonus of weight loss and increased strength but more importantly the knowledge I am no longer that ticking time bomb and have a far brighter future.

For a female who didn’t really know much about health and fitness and never committed to a gym or a healthy life style my whole life , I have come a long way from that within a year only thanks to andy. His kindness , patience and dedication is what I like the most about him. He never gave up on me even when I gave up on my self. He has got knowledge and education and it’s not from YouTube . And he is not doing what he is doing because he is fit and good at it. It’s an all in one package , personal trainer c Nutritian , boot camp honestly is the best! They have created a nice little positive energetic community. Attend once and you will see what I mean. The application really helps to stay connected even when you are traveling or away . It’s a direct access to everything andy offers.
