I've been attending Dan's classes for a few months and can definitely see the difference in my fitness levels. The classes are much more relaxed than others I've been to but somehow I also find myself working harder in them!! I was so impressed with Dan that I started weekly personal training sessions with him which have helped my fitness levels even more. Would highly recommend him.

Forge Fitness came recommended and it certainly lived up to my expectations! Dan is very encouraging and keeps you motivated. I have done several of the classes all of which are varied and adapted to all levels of fitness. I have met some lovely people and everyone is so supportive of each other. Dan is extremely accommodating and started doing family classes for the younger ones on our request and the kids are loving it too!

You ever want someone to assist you with sorting your weekly meal prep then Dan is your go to guy to ensure you are always on the right track to aid your fitness journey
Works with football clubs to aid their fitness and injury recovery and various charity events to help raise funds where needed... Dan pretty much covers it all!
Prices are amazing and you will never regret signing up a group of sessions or classes!

The progress I am making is amazing, I did not have much confidence when I started, but Dan was wonderful and made me feel at ease. All PT sessions are suited to your ability and never the same exercises each week. Highly recommend. Also recommend the classes, they are excellent and friendly with no judging at all.

Reluctantly reviewing as when the word spreads Forge Fitness will expand rapidly!
Lovely bespoke fitness training in a wonderful rural setting. Structured classes including tailored one to one sessions, boot camps and more.
Don’t be put off by Dan’ youthfulness - he has a lot to teach, the motivation and confidence to get you to reach your goals - whatever they maybe.
Clientele in the classes are supportive and non judgemental to all participants and Dan cracks the whip to keep us all working at our respective levels pushing us as individuals.
Try one session and you’ll be hooked!

I can honestly say I have never been committed to exercise in the past ,so seeing Dan I now have a better understanding in exercise and nutrition.
Dan is a great person ,he has certainly a high knowledge of excercise and nutrition and with positive attitude,patience and guidance he has really helped me.

Dan’s fitness classes are thoroughly enjoyable, the content varies from week to week and he takes a relaxed approach. I’ve been going for a couple months and have noticed a definite improvement in my fitness levels and well being . Such great classes and Dan is friendly and welcoming to all!

Highly recommend Dan and all the classes! We started with Boxercise and Circuits and also do PT with him. Very well priced, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. Excellent at tailoring workouts for different capabilities and goals and we both really look forward to our workouts as we see the progression in our strength and fitness :)

Having been a gymaholic for many years when I was younger, I needed to get back my motivation. I had a consultation with Dan who was very approachable and in turn tailored my pt sessions to my goals.. I have had one to one pt sessions with Dan for the last couple of months and already I can see a difference ..I have lost inches 🤩..I suffer with Arthritis in my neck which affects my sleep, since these sessions my neck feels a lot easier and my quality of sleep has improved ..Dan is a great motivator and will push you to get that extra mile. As yet I haven’t joined in with his classes, that’s on the to do list, 🥴 and if you want a eating plan he can tailor that to your needs too..just a win win situation!!

Joined the LIT class in January to see what it was like and enjoyed it so much , I’ve stayed with Forge Fitness and go every week to either Boxercise , LIT or the new class Legs , Bums and Tums.
Dan is professional, encouraging and makes it challenging but fun too. He is a really lovely bloke and its a brilliant place to exercise and meet lovely people who help and encouraged you to do your best .

I joined Forge Fitness when I moved the the area in January and have enjoyed classes as well as personal training. The classes and PT sessions are excellent value for money and never did I think I would like exercising like I do now. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming and actually looked forward to sessions each week.

I have always been "gymphobic" and hated any kind of working out exercise. Due to becoming a massive lardy bum in lockdown my hubby and I booked weekly PT sessions with Dan. I was so nervous but Dan has been amazing. I am now doing 2 PT sessions per week and Saturday bootcamp. The bootcamp is hard but fun with some of the nicest, most supportive people I could hope to meet. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan for PT or his classes as he is so knowledgeable and makes what I would normally class as torture fun!

Went to see Dan at forged fitness in late December as been having health issues and after a long chat we found nutrition plan I was using was missing key features. So Dan made me a new nutrition plan and I joined his PT classes and now five months down the line I have to say I feel a different person.

Fantastic Individually structured private sessions and meal plans excellent group classes and Saturday boot camp all at exceptional value for money.
I have trained with many PT over the decades, however the best was saved for last Dan is head and shoulders above them all.

I highly recommend coming along to any of the many sessions Dan provides or even booking a private PT slot with him.
He structures a different set of fitness activities for each class every week so they are not repetitive and boring. He is sympathetic to individual’s abilities and works with them to help maximise their strengths and fitness levels. It's outside and undercover and Dan provides exceptional value for money with small class sizes which make it feel so much more personal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Attended bootcamp for the first time on Saturday. It was varied, tough and really enjoyable. The assault course was great fun followed by exercises using tyres, filled water containers and battle ropes. Dan adapted the exercises according to ability and he was encouraging and knowledgeable. I joined my first class at forge fitness 6 weeks ago, anxious, unmotivated and seriously unfit! Dan has been so supportive and I quickly increased from 1 class to some weeks doing 4. Every excuse I told myself as to why I couldn't exercise gets proven wrong with every lesson... feel too tired = it actually gives me energy, have a headache = headache clears, scared to hurt my back = my back is feeling stronger than ever. I leave the class aching but happy and this week I really noticed and improvement in the amount I can do without stopping. It is such a friendly supportive environment I now look forward to exercising... something I never thought I would say!!! thank you Dan for reassuring me at every step, every class is a step closer to being fitter and getting this excess weight off, I have already lost 1st 6lbs and for once have faith I will get to my goal!
