A. P.Jaryd is great! I've never used the gym prior to having PT sessions with him, as I've always preferred group exercise classes. I felt I was missing out & after only one session I realised that I definitely was.
Jaryd is very encouraging & supportive & spends time demonstrating & explaining each exercise & which part of the body it is working. He has made me slow down & work the muscles which is hard for me to do after doing active exercise classes to music! He pushes me just the right amount to get the best out of me. I always feel great & energised after a workout with him, but not to the extent where I'm burnt out.
I would highly recommend him!

d. m.When getting fit after reaching the age of 50 isn’t easy, Jaryd is the guy that will make you ask yourself why you didn’t do it earlier. He reminds you of some unknown facts that if I knew earlier I would have tried to get fit and strong earlier. He makes it fun and tries to remove any mental obstacles from your thought process thereby getting on with it. His understanding, he empathisers and his pricing is very reasonable.
He helped me understand that I needed to change my lifestyle BUT still have fun, still eat the things I like to eat and get fitter, stronger and healthier. If you are not sure, give yourself at least 2-3months with him, you bound to sign up for a longer period especially when you realise the results will come. His more than a fitness guru, his a life coach too. Thanks Jaryd

He understood my needs and my goals and worked with me to realise them by providing expert advice and guidance and keeping me motivated at every step of the journey. I found the training sessions very enjoyable and effective, and the dietary support and advice was extremely helpful.
The thing that stands out for me about training with Jaryd is how much I have learned as we have progressed though the training programme. I went from never having done weight training and being quite afraid of it, to being confident in the gym and understanding how to train effectively. Jaryd also went above and beyond to support me in tailoring my vegan diet to increase the impact of my workouts.
