Richard is a great PT! Hugely knowledgeable and incredibly supportive! Sessions are consistently varied and challenging and always adapted to your needs/ wants. When you get to that point in a workout where you think you can’t go further, Richard is there to help show you that you can! I’d thoroughly recommend him for both beginners and more experienced gym goers!

I’ve been with Richard for years now. As a swimmer, he helped me achieve my dream of becoming a county medalist and regional finalist. He has taught me everything about the gym, made me meal plans and has mentored me for the last few years. He is practically a big brother to me and an overall great guy. Rich is an amazing PT! Somehow he has managed to get me... a 40 year old, introverted, low self confidence person with no gym experience and little to no daily physical activity... to love going to sessions each week.
I had no goals or ambitions when it came to PT, yet Rich has taken me progressively from body weight exercises to lifting 60/70kg without me really realising it. I feel stronger both physically and mentally.
What I needed was somebody who was empathetic, understanding, encouraging, motivational and knew when and how to push for more... Rich is all of these!
