I trained with Mark for a year and he was amazing! I've lost weight, reached goals and have never felt this fit and strong. I've learnt so much about nutrition and healthy eating which will stay with me forever. I now love fitness and the gym, it has become a part of my life! I've been working with Mark for nearly 2 years now, I am now 52 and I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape I've been for a long long while and that is down to Mark's help.
Over the last 2 years with Mark's help I've managed to lose weight but the main positive is my fitness. I'm stronger and fitter which has improved both my work and general lifestyle.
Mark visits my home once a week to put me through my paces, with strength & conditioning exercises... also during these trying times if Mark is unable to visit due to restriction, the home session are carried out over zoom which was strange at first but soon become the new norm. I can highly recommend Mark as a personal trainer.

Mark is motivating and experienced in the personal training field so I felt so at ease starting a weekly programme with him and always feel so great after each session we have. I met Mark through a chance introduction at the gym. I’d never been a big fan of gyms but needed to do something so I decided to try personal training - after all it was only going to be for 3 months.
If I’m honest at that point I doubted my own commitment to see it through, that was 3 years ago!
Getting started was the easy bit, setting goals was much harder but Mark was patient and persistent.
l needed to lose a serious amount of weight and the scale of the task felt quite overwhelming but after several conversations and some reassurance my weight loss goal was set together with some interim milestones that weren’t weight loss related (great idea Mark!)
I’m now almost 50kg (7.5st) lighter, I’ve climbed England’s highest mountain Scafell Pike, returned to playing golf for my County and ran my first 10km earlier this year - I’m not a runner and this definitely wasn't in the plan!

I never thought I would be training outdoors on my local sports ground but strange times mean doing things differently.
I can thoroughly recommend Mark as a PT for 1-1 sessions. Outside training has been great, in all weathers! We have used all the street furniture a car park provides from bike racks to car park spaces for shuttle runs!...Thank you Mark for your motivation in keeping me training!
