Matt has worked with my 13 year old son for many years to help his strength & balance due to his Cerebral Palsy.
Matt is fantastic, he makes training fun & exciting, he adapts his routines depending on my sons moods & tiredness.

I have been coming to Brinkley for almost a year since the previous gym I attended had to close.
I tried another ‘chain’ gym and found it impersonal and not suited to helping me with my MS challenges.
BPT are welcoming, supportive and friendly and I enjoy having a routine that is both structured and flexible that has helped me progress with my health and fitness.

The beauty of going to Therapy Gyms is the time and trouble all of the staff take to make sure that you are using the right equipment and doing the right exercises for the problems you have.
They get to know you and your problems without prying but by taking a real interest in the person you are and stretching you to your own capabilities and just a little further so that your sense of achievement is wonderful.
Their company while you are exercising is cheerful and encouraging but you are never pushed beyond your limits.

The trainers are all very friendly and they get the best out of you without you hardly noticing. There is no body shaming as people of all abilities are helped . The atmosphere is friendly and most of the equipment can be adapted to your needs. Thoroughly recommended by me.

A superb gym with the best personal trainers, who are inspiring and gentle at the same time. They push me but have me feel safe at every step and I come out feeling exhilarated at what I have achieved, despite needing a hip operation. They empower me to take myself on. I was recommended Brinkly Phsical Therapy after the gym I had been using permanently closed. I was made to feel welcome and really enjoy my time there! At first not all the equipment worked for me (I have a unruly leg!) Matt gave it some thought and on my next visit had made some adjustments and no problem! Matt is very conscious and nothing is to much trouble! I would recommend 100% for both physical and mental wellbeing!
