Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and is very passionate about what she does. I have been following an exercise and nutrition plan that Kelly tailored for me in order to help achieve my goals. I have been following these plans for just a few weeks now and have already seen some very positive changes to my body which in turn has boosted my mental health too. I have a very active job and I used to skip lunch in the hope of losing weight but nothing ever changed. On Kelly's nutrition and exercise plan I'm now eating more than I did previously but I'm losing body fat and gaining muscle which is exactly the outcome I want. Thanks Kelly 😊

I recently completed the Level 1 learn to Lift with Kelly after losing my confidence in the gym. 100% recommend this to anyone who is nervous about getting started in gym. i have also had personal training sessions with Kelly, which are great always pushes me to do my best. I took part in Kelly's level 2 learn to lift course to help me get back into the gym and boost my confidence after exercising at home during lockdown. It helped show me how to use different machines that I'd not used before and check I was using free weight's properly. Kelly pushed me to use much heavier weights than I would select myself lol. After that I asked Kelly to write me a training plan and booked in some PT sessions to run through them. I've now rejoined the gym and really enjoying being back doing new exercises which I would never have done without Kelly's help. I would highly recommend Kelly's lifting courses and private PT sessions.

I have just completed Level 1 learn to lift course, and I totally recommend going for it! I have been a long time gym goer, with no results, sticking to cardio being nervous of any of the weight machines. Kelly is understanding of that, encouraging all the way and I have learned so much, most of all, how to safely lift. I am sad the course is over actually and looking forward to level 2. I also asked kelly for a plan to keep going and enjoyed my first solo weights workout at the gym with confidence. Never in my life did I think I would be deadlifting!!

I found the Woman and Weights, Learn to Lift Level 1 Course, a great introduction to weight training and exactly what I had been looking for. Kelly Day is a great instructor, teaching me to lift weights safely and effectively while supporting and encouraging me to lift heavier than I would have ever thought possible in such a short space of time. My confidence in the gym has soared. I leave absolutely buzzing. It was also great to meet other enthusiastic like-minded ladies at the class. Well.. where do I start. This lady is simply the best there is. I started training with Kelly in March 2018 and she has completely transformed me, not just my body but my mind as well.. at the age of 51 I am the fittest I have ever been and without doubt I have more confidence then I have ever had before. Absolutely amazing PT! Kelly takes time to find out what your goals are, not only this what you struggle with so she can find a way to make the process enjoyable.
I entered into my first ever Bodybuilding competition with Kelly and she made the experience so amazing. I had so many questions and uncertainty but she put my mind at rest and I couldn’t believe the transformation.
We’re now working on building some more muscle before the next show in 2020 and I couldn’t think of anyone else I’d rather have than her!

Kelly is fab, really knows her stuff, although you can see that from how toned she is. The course was great and although I'd done most of the lifts previously self taught, it was definitely worth it to have someone correct my form, also using weights much heavier than I would've picked for myself. Who knew I wasn't even doing lunges properly!!! Looking forward to level 2.

Literally cannot fault her, I did my first ever bodybuilding competition with her and she was by my side every step of the way with a detailed and specific food plan as well as well structured gym sessions completely tailored to me! She builds a great rapport with all her clients and I always looked forward to our weekly PT sessions! Thanks to her commitment and hard work getting me on stage.. I cannot wait to get back and compete again next year with her pushing me through! I was really nervous about doing the course as I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to weights, but Kelly made me feel really comfortable. I learnt the basics that I needed to give me the confidence to go into the gym on my own and do the things I just watched others doing before.

I never used to like the idea of going to the gym before, I found I never really enjoyed it. However, I wanted to get into some workout, and I thought maybe going for a personal trainer would do the trick. I was a bit dubious about it, however, after my first 2 sessions with Kelly I absolutely fell in love with the gym workout! I never got it before, and now I find it so much fun, and feel incredible after every workout. She is great at motivating me and from our first session she completely understood what I was looking for.

Really enjoyed this course..although I had experience of weights and lifting..It was necessary for me to check on my techniques..and Kelly provided a great course with all aspects of what exercises work what..different weight stations and their uses..repetitions..loads of information..I enjoyed it so much I am going to apply to do Level 2 once it is available...
