Excellent results - I have made significantly more muscle gains since receiving training from Mohammad at Disciplined Training for the last 4 months than I have in an entire year of going gym by myself. His training was catered to my needs, with suitable targets and goals, without being overbearing and unrealistic in achieving.
The most effective part of the training was learning the importance of posture during each exercise and how to work each muscle group with proper control. Mohammad explained the logic behind each of the training tips given.
I was also given life skills to help with my personal confidence, this support really helped me come out of my shell. He again provided a scientific reasoning behind the tips and catered to my personality and ability to achieve this. Overall the experience has been great and Mohammad has been a pleasure to meet.
This has been a fantastic investment and I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve themselves in the long term and want to take it seriously.

When i first started training i was very weak and lacked confidence. I was in Pakistan for 4 years throughout those 4 years id lost alot of weight and became very weak. Being a Muslim woman I don't like the idea of training in a gym. The problem was a I didn't have a clue of what to do at home. From the first phone call Mohammed was very approachable and understanding. I felt the need to exercise due to constant pains and also some random and unwanted fat around my stomach. The reason why i started training wasnt to lose weight, it was purely because my body just felt unfit and i had a alot of aches and pain due to a lack of exercise. When i started training with mohammed, i saw results instantly, i felt a lot more mobile and those aches and pains were soon a story of the past. Before i wouldn't be able to some of day to day tasks without feeling worn out, now those tasks aren't demanding in the slightest. After suffering from a knee injury, I lost all confidence within myself and became overweight, unhealthy and always looked for excuses not to get out of the house.
