I’m absolutely loving my PT sessions with Keeley! I’ve never been able to get into a gym routine on my own as I’ve lacked confidence and never really had the right plan for me. Keeley is an amazing PT - full of knowledge and highly motivating! She is so lovely and makes each session really fun! For the first time in my life I have achieved a regular gym routine, am really enjoying exercise and feel motivated to keep it up! I’ve learnt so much with Keeley already and have gained so much confidence! Thank you Keeley! Highly recommend x

Training with Keeley has helped so much with my anxiety not just my physical fitness! She is so knowledgable and really ensures you understand everything and explains each exercise thoroughly. I have been training with her since the start of the year and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my mental and physical well being. I always leave each session feeling refreshed and strong. If you are having a bad day, she just gets it and can adapt to how you are feeling. She will motivate you with kindness and a friendly up beat conversation. I think gyms can be really intimidating for a lot of people, so training in a private gym is PERFECT.

Keeley is a fantastic PT, and provides loads of advice and exercises to do at home as well as tailored, 1:1 sessions. I've never been particularly good at sticking to a fitness regime, but Keeley's guilt-free, practical approach is refreshing and motivating. Highly reccomend!
