Danny is a great motivator and helped me tremendously during the 28 day challenge. Using the weights was completely new to me and I had to ask for guidance many times. Danny was patient and explained everything clearly so I understood which muscles I was targeting. He was really knowledgeable about the nutrition also and encouraged me to track everything I ate which I did. I am so pleased with my results, the hard work has certainly paid off. Sign up! As previous commercial gym user I would only stick to treadmill as was always to scared to venture on the other machines, wondering why i never made progress. Danny was great from the start, makes you feel comfortable and confident and you see the progress slowly and steadily with consistency. Keeps you ontop of nutrition and check ins. I now feel better in myself and love the gym. I could barely lift a bar at the start and 10months later lifting nearly 2x my bodyweight safely and with good form.

Forward Movement will change your life. Sounds ridiculous but I did their 28 day challenge thinking I might see a difference but unlikely. However it taught me that your body weight doesn’t necessarily directly a-line with the about of fat you have. I went up 1kg but lost over 1kg in fat and turned it into muscle.
It has shown me and taught me not to be afraid of doing weights and the benefits of them. My whole thought process to a healthy lifestyle has changed and that’s in only 28 days.
Forward Movement is incredible value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to build confidence in the gym as well as wanting constant help and advice from well qualified PTs.

Just checking in on the final week. I’ve gained a huge amount of discipline by attending all the training sessions, weighing regularly and logging the food. I LOVE the group training sessions and have felt more energised and see positive changes in my body shape. The sessions are well structured and over before you know it. The 28 day challenge was great motivation and I have learnt so much with Danny and the classes... i actually don't mind coming back in the evening again and again as the 45 minutes just fly by... and burning fat at the same time. Bonus all round .. thanks Danny

I joined the 28 day programme as somebody who was regularly going to the gym but was struggling to get a leaner despite working out regularly. I was a little apprehensive at first however Danny was great in giving me tips and pointers, and the workout sessions were fun and effective, with a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Danny was very knowledgeable about how to adjust my diet and how to cater my workouts towards my goals, and going forward I will be permanently changing my approach to the gym based on his advice as it has proven very effective.
Whether you want to gain muscle or burn fat, beginner or advanced, I highly recommend trying the programme out and if you stick by it you will definitely see the results you want!

What can I say about my time with forward movement.... It has been one of the best decision of my life. Before joining I had very little knowledge about training and nutrition and I found this whole area overwhelming. But FM has now armed with so much KNOWLEDGE and CONFIDENCE , in a fun and safe environment, that I will never feel negatively about training. I attended a seminar with Danny before commencing the T28 challenge and this really put me at ease.
I was a little reluctant when starting the challenge but within a few days I was already more confident with meal planning and fitting in exercise around my hectic days.
Danny has been a great support throughout the programme with daily recommendations on things to change or how to plan.
I could tell it was making a difference as my clothes were more comfortable and I felt better in myself.
D day was the final weigh in and I was so pleased with my results and will continue to work to maintain these using the foundations Danny has given us throughout.

I’ve just completed the 28 day challenge and really recommend this to anyone similar to me who is going round in circles trying to lose weight and get fit.
I’ve eaten more than I usually do when I diet, but I’ve still managed to lose weight, and my measurements have all decreased and I’m never hungry!
It’s a very supportive environment and Danny is realistic with his expectations. He makes it easy for you to stay on track but still enjoy all of the things you like.
Week on week I’m getting fitter and stronger.
I’ve continued to train with Danny following the challenge and am looking forward to the results 😀

I completed the transformed in 28 day challenge and was amazed at how good my results were. Danny does an amazing job at making sure you understand everything you need to know to achieve the results you want, he also adapts the exercises to suit you which is great if you don’t have confidence in doing the exercises.

I am really glad I had the opportunity to visit Forward Movement and do the Transformed in 28 days challenge. It was a bit daunting at first but with proper planning, I was able to follow Danny's lead and achieve really decent results. The workout sessions are well structured and give you a real sense of achievement. Additionally, my mind was blown when I learned a lot more about my regular eating habits and how much calories you can eat without even realising it.
