I have been training with Tom since January. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and knows exactly how to you to get the best out of yourself. Since training with Tom he has helped me in many aspects; My Training, My Confidence and importantly My Mental Health. I couldn’t recommend him enough! I am never not belly laughing with him, He is more than a Fitness Coach he is now a very good friend for life!💙

I have been training with Tom now for just over a year and he has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! His sense of humour at every session just brightens my day, with an amazing positive attitude it will empower you to work even harder. Not only is Tom around during a session he makes your experience so much more personal than anything I have ever been too, he is there 24/7 not only through fitness but mindset coaching too making me see the way I exercise, eat and generally see life so differently and set myself new goals. If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then Tom is the man for you!

Tom is a fantastic coach who supports and pushes you towards your goals! He focuses on both your physical and mental health and genuinely cares! I never exercised properly before starting his sessions and now I can’t imagine not going- He is the best!

Tom has really helped develop me mentally and physically with his coaching styles as with building plans to suit you and your circumstances. He is very easy to open up to and pushing you to do better in your sessions by always levelling it up!
My mindset is a lot more stronger and positive since going to Tom. He’s built my mental confidence massively never in a million years would I look into and query a uni course!!!
Physically I have gotten more strong and got more of a shape to me. He’s very good at saying that no food is bad as long as its in moderation, which was something I struggled with massively.

Tom has been an amazing coach for me. Helping me towards my goal of feeling more confident about my body. By not only providing a work out schedule I can stick to with easy to follow instructions and videos but with nutrition and meal plan examples, throughout Tom has always been putting my mental health and well-being first which is something I particularly appreciate as a sufferer of OCD and anxiety.

Honestly could not recommend Tom at Mind Your Fitness enough. Not only is he a great PT, he’s just a genuinely nice, easy going person. I felt comfortable from the second my first session started.
I’ve never been one to enjoy exercise, it’s something I’ve always put off, I also felt that because I’m not into fitness, I wouldn’t feel confident doing certain exercises but since training with Tom, I look forward to my sessions and never dread exercising now, so much so, I actually miss exercising when I’m not able to do it.
I also feel physically stronger, and within about 3 weeks of 2 sessions per week I noticed changes in my body.
Not just the fitness side, but my mental health has improved, I feel comfortable enough to let out how I’m feeling and just talk.
Tom is not only my PT, I now see him as my friend and I’ve had such a positive experience training with him. I literally recommend Tom to anybody and everybody I can!

Tom is really supportive and makes you want to exercise. He pushes you to be your best and believes in you. He’s not just there for the fitness he also checks up on your mental health which is amazing .
