Absolutely love my sessions with Nathan - he is extremely knowledgeable and every single thing we do is science-based. He listens to your goals and adapts the sessions to help you meet them, and has the perfect balance of being encouraging but also ensuring you’re challenging and pushing yourself! I feel so much more confident weightlifting in the gym now and actually have fun during our sessions - he has helped me to reach my 100kg deadlift goal (starting at about 50kg) and ALWAYS prioritises good form over weight! I really can’t praise him enough, I would highly recommend Nathan if you’re considering a personal trainer 💯

Nathan is a very nice and knowledgable person. He made me feel comfortable and helped me achieve my goals, however, sometimes it took rather long for Nathan to produce my fitness plan.

Nathan has helped me improve my physical strength, posture, flexibility and weight sustenance. He has also helped me with my confidence this way. There is a physical change to my appearance and I have been able to achieve the body type I’ve always wanted thanks to Nathan. During covid restrictions we would continue to train and do boxing in the park. We did not allow gym closures to stop us from training! I would highly recommend Nathan and provide him with a target body that you’d like to achieve, so he understand the purpose of your personal training! One thing you will need to use the training you’ve learnt and consistently train in your own time for it to be affective. Highly recommend him!

Nathan is truly an amazing person, and I have worked with him at pure gym and he’s an even better personal trainer, he understand that everyone has a lifestyle outside of the gym and reminds me not to overthink things and remember everything takes time, I also asked Nathan to work with my son who plays football but needed strength and balance work and he did an amazing job in the space of 1month you could see the changes in my son football because the coaches started to contact on the difference, I could not recommend him anymore :)

Nathan is one of the best PTs i have trained with. His knowledge across all fields of fitness and training are exceptional, i always learned something new with him. Before I started having pt sessions with Nathan, I was very self-conscious about my body and didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. Nathan is a great PT. I’ve been recovering from multiple knee surgeries and he has provided me with helpful advice and exercises that have hugely benefitted my recovery and enabled me to understand how to address specific difficulties. Nathan is one of the most funniest but annoying PTs I've ever known 🤭..he's brilliant at what he does, the amount of knowledge he has is unreal 👌..recently had a back injury and the recovery period was annoying because I couldn't workout or anything just stretches, however Nathan helped me through that tough time and now I'm fully recovered..I'm so happy I have a PT like Nathan because where I am now is where I never thought I'd be if I was working out without any support 💪😁
