Marika has always been very friendly and supportive, her training sessions are a strong balance between being very fun and being challenging to the point it really pushes you to your limits. If you listen to what Marika says and honestly work hard during training sessions, I guarantee you will make amazing results.
The attached photos show some progress shots from my first year of my fitness journey. The most significant changes and progress all happened while I was training with Marika. I am so grateful for all her help in changing my lifestyle. I now feel healthier, stronger and more confident than ever before.

2.Marika is a professional and very informative personal trainer. My experience with her was only good, she is extremely supportive in both understanding your physical abilities and needs, she plans sessions accordingly and is very flexible with changes. She is also so fun to train with and there is always banter and girly convos! I trained with her on off up to 8 months and owe it to her motivation and support for my physical and mental changes to how I look! She’s fab I highly recommend!
