I have trained with Dale multiple times over the last 9 years, prior to my wedding and more recently after the birth of my son.
I can’t recommend him enough. He has a great approach and attitude, makes you feel totally at ease and has helped me to achieve many of my goals.
He keeps the sessions interesting & has a natural flare for making training good fun and engaging.
The studio at Achieve is well set up & has a great feel to it. A fantastic & experienced PT.

I have been a client of Dale’s for over 10 years and always enjoy his varied PT sessions. Recently setting up his own studio, it provides a great safe space to personal train. Dale is always happy to give nutritional advice, and over the years l have lost weight and improved the shape of my body, increasing my muscle mass which has improved my confidence. Dale is a fab trainer! Always love going for a pt session with him! He's such a good person too, can chat to him for hours! I come from an "anti fitness" background and Dale genuinely makes me love fitness and motivates me to be the best version of myself, and even makes me want to do more excersise! I used to think personal trainers were scary people but Dale put me right at ease, never made me feel uncomfortable and always tailors my sessions to suit my needs and how i am feeling. I honestly couldn't recommend him enough!

Dale is my first PT, so I have nothing to compare him with but I enjoy my sessions and feel the benefit.
I was a bit apprehensive at first and he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He has tailored sessions suitable for me as an older man and my fitness and strength have improved.
He new gym it tucked away in Darley Mills is well equipped and parking is close by.
Dale is upbeat and positive and I would think he would suit anyone for any fitness goal. So it's 5*s from me.

I have had PT sessions with Dale (the owner of Achieve Fitness Studios) for around 2 years since my ACL reconstruction on my left knee. Dale has been amazing, he cut my recovery time in half compared to my first ACL reconstruction and has made sure my knees stay strong as well as focusing on my overall fitness and strength. I look forward to my PT sessions each week as Dale is such a great guy who works so hard for his clients. Our sessions are fun and very hard and I love seeing the results. Dale also trains my Dad, Uncle, Auntie and Cousin and we all can’t recommend him enough.

I have been training with Dale now for the past two years. Now well into my 50's keeping active is a vital part of my weekly wellbeing plan. Dale is always very welcoming and flexible in what we cover on each of my sessions. A much better option than paying gym membership and then never going. I have trained with Dale for several years now and have two or three sessions a week. I really like the type of training I do and it is fun too - always a bonus. Very professional and flexible if there is a need to change plans. This gym is a good size with quality kit and they take great care to manage Covid guidelines. I would definitely recommend this gym.

I absolutely love Achieve Fitness! It's the perfect size studio; big enough to have all the equipment but small enough so it is not intimidating. I train with Milan who is wonderful! She has taken the time to get to know me and my personal goals. She pushes me when I need it and gives me the confidence to believe in myself. I recently moved to Achieve
Fitness at Darley Abbey Mills with Milan as my trainer. I’m really pleased with the progress I’ve made since returning after lockdown. Our sessions have been beneficial to help me get back into a routine and vital in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
All the people training at the rugby club and the runners jogging to Darley Park set a motivating mood before arriving at a session and it’s always nice returning to the car through the historic setting afterwards as there are always people around being active.
At Achieve Fitness Studios, there is a small changing area and toilet facilities nearby as well as a mini cafe/bar to buy drinks inside. There are a couple of designated parking spaces in the courtyard, by the chimney.
I always have a good laugh and a great workout training with Milan who has come to know me and my capabilities really well.
Having a couple of other friendly trainers with their clients in the studio has made me feel comfortable and safe, particularly with the enhanced cleaning procedures put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I also personally prefer training in a less crowded setting so the intimate studio works well for me.

I’ve trained with Dale for just shy of a year now and he’s helped push me to achieve every single goal I had and even got me into a position I didn’t think I ever could achieve! He has guided me through each and every step of training from meal prep, recovery, nutrition etc. The gym itself is a great place to be, it has a great atmosphere, great choice of equipment and the staff are spot on! Milan is an excellent PT and is so welcoming and friendly! I was a little nervous to begin with but was put straight at ease. Milan is dedicated to helping her clients achieve great results. She has given me a workout programme to suit my lifestyle and given me lots of guidance on nutrition. This has resulted in me losing a stone in the first 8 weeks and gained my confidence back! David has been my PT for a while now. A great motivator who clearly explains each exercise in turn. He is mindful of any injuries you have sustained, or weakness you feel you have. Then creates a personal exercise programme and dietary advice for you to follow in order for you to achieve your goals. The gym is a great place and has a very friendly atmosphere. The owners ensure it is a safe environment to exercise and all equipment is cleaned after each use. Highly recommend both the gym and David as personal trainer. Give it a go. You have nothing to lose.
