Have loved working with Pete, he goes above and beyond and always keeps my programme interesting. I feel more comfortable lifting weights since we’ve been working together and I’m so much stronger. I’m aiming to complete a crossing of Antarctica this year so getting stronger was a key goal for me.
The workouts are clear and progressive. The videos on the app are really helpful and Pete is always available to give advice.

I've been training with Pete for the last year, working to develop and prepare my body for playing two sports, with some quite different requirements. Pete is a very knowledgeable coach, with great delivery and explanations for why various exercises are included in the program and how they're going to help on the sports pitch. He's really understood what I want to get out of our sessions and how to achieve this, both in terms of program planning and challenging/motivating me. I can really see the difference in my sports performances since I started training with Pete, and feel like I've gone from being an acceptable part of both squads to a first name on the team sheet.
Unfortunately, I've had to test Pete's adaptability, arriving at sessions with various knocks and niggles (my body decided to fall apart immediately after turning 30) - challenges which he has taken in his stride and always finds a way to work around or relieve the issue, along with suggestions for other exercises to improve recovery further.
I always look forward to my sessions; even when I know they're going to include horrible exercises like chin ups (we've been through this Pete, nobody likes chin ups!), we have a laugh and I walk away every time feeling like I've accomplished something.

I started working with Pete just before the first lockdown and made more progress with a few months of home workouts he gave me than I had with two years of going to the gym by myself. Everything is tailored to my sport, working around the (very full) competition calendar when needed, and I've had obvious improvements in my results. Even having moved away from the area and no longer able to do in person sessions, I've chosen to keep working with him online because there just isn't anyone else as competent where I'm now living.
