We chose to go through EMA to find a digital marketing apprentice for Reformed IT. I dealt with James Stafford who provides exceptional service. He was always in communication with me and we quickly found our ideal candidate (Josh) to join the team. Josh's apprenticeship was during the difficult time of pandemic lockdowns but EMA were brilliant at innovating and keeping the training going remotely when it wasn't possible to be in the classroom. As soon as they could get people back into the training centre safely, they did. I've since recommended EMA to several businesses and whenever someone asks me to recommend a training provider in the Midlands, EMA is my first choice. Thanks for all your efforts.

Prior to my acceptance into the EMA Talent pool I had applied for numerous apprenticeships which were unsuccessful but after being accepted into the EMA talent pool I was provided with great material to help build my knowledge of my desired career sector and was given many helpful tips on how to be successful and impressionable in my future interviews. A week after going to one of EMA's employability sessions and following their advice I was able to land a role as an Finance Assistant at DSL Group. EMA Training Ltd is an excellent training centre that has very friendly and welcoming staff! It is the only venue I will be using to sit my AAT exams! Booking an exam is very easily done via the EMA training website and you get a very quick response to your exam request. Upon arriving for an exam Neil can not do enough for you and makes you feel instantly at ease! I can not recommend this training centre enough!

Joined later during the course, but all staff were extremely helpful to make sure I passed that first exam by making sure I had everything I needed and always happily answered any requests made. They are continuing to put in the same effort throughout the course. Regarding the IT apprenticeship program, the classes have been engaging and very structured which has made it extremely easy to follow. With particular mention to the teacher Admire who always cares, puts in 110% and puts you first. Truly enjoying my apprenticeship with EMA, a very delightful, friendly but professional bunch of staff members that all know your name. This is the first time that we have required a new employee and having decided we wanted to take on a new apprentice I was really nervous about the whole process feeling a bit like a "fish out of water". I had tried a couple of training organisations and to date have still not received a response from them. WHAT A DIFFERENCE James and Matt have made at EMA. They very patiently held my hand, guided me through the whole process – even wrote our job description - and sent us some potential candidates for the apprentice role. EMA training centre, are an excellent facility. I am am an external student so I use them to sit my AAT exams. They are always helpful and even when i have had to change my date of the exam last minuet it has been no issue. They are excellent value and its a big bonus that they are one of the few exam centres that offer evening exam times. this means that i do not have to comet of work to take my exams. Could to recommend more for a centre for anyone taking external AAT exams.

I have used EMA to sit 4 AAT exams after being told about them by someone at a previous test centre I used as they are much better priced. The staff are friendly and welcoming and atmosphere is relaxed. Not sure how much the exam supervisor knows about the IT side of things if there is a problem during your exam, but I have booked to do my L4 synoptic with them also.

They make the process of booking, paying for and taking exams as smooth and painless as possible. They answered all my questions via email very quickly and made me feel very welcome when I arrived, which is what you want when feeling a little nervous! A friendly and relaxed, yet professional company, I highly recommend.

Came here for an AAT assessment. Professional and friendly both via email before and on the day. All of the staff were helpful and the exam rooms were nice with booths for each student. Only negative is lack of free parking but NCP across the way is fine. Would recommend!

I started my apprenticeship with EMA training in 2017 on level 2 in Heanor with Hollie as a tutor. I passed level 2 and a couple of level 3 exams before Tracey became my tutor. I then continued level 3 with Tracey, passing all exams and gaining as much support as I needed from Julie with coursework. I am now on level 4 having followed the college to Derby due to their excellent standard of care and constant effort to provide additional help, even at weekends, for people who are struggling. I currently have Adill as a tutor who is always on hand to help and who I have passed two exams under. I have currently passed all exams I have sat due to the large amount of support provided throughout the years. I would highly recommend Tracey and her team for all the achievements made within EMA training.

I started at EMA Training at the end of November doing AAT Level 3, and it's been great! Tracey is an amazing tutor, everything is explained in detail and if you don't understand something she will go around it in a different way to help you. The class size is relatively small so there is a good balance of learning from Tracey and everyone else too. I've previously done AAT Level 2 at a different college and although it was good it followed a very strict learning schedule with big classes, at EMA the time is made to help everyone understand why and what they are learning and Tracey has the ability and knowledge to apply it to your daily work life too!

Booking the exams was easy and Tracey was very flexible with exam dates and times. She managed to fit me in for one of my exams on very short notice which I'm very grateful for. I'd have been waiting over a month if I went to my other local college. The building is easy to find with free parking outside (no meters or time limits so one less thing to think about when you're in an exam). Inside there is a very friendly stress free environment, even in an exam situation. I started studying at EMA Training in September 2014 and I am near to completing my AAT level 3 in Accountancy, I will then carry on to Level 4. (I have previously attending other colleges (same course) and always got bored, fed up and never managed to finish) but here it is relaxed, friendly, helpful and the lessons are made interesting. Tracey is a fantastic teacher. Although I have never taken her up on this, she offers one to ones if anyone needs any extra help. We have extra lessons when getting close to assessment days to ensure we are all confident and ready. Tracey is very helpful, always on the end of a phone / text and she ALWAYS replies to your emails. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend EMA Training to anyone. 5/5

Started my AAT course in 2017 with Hollie. She was very helpful and Supportive with my studies . Throughout my course, I have experienced both Tracey’s and Adill’s way of learning and both are ,as-well, helpful,accurate, and lovely. Whenever I am confused with the module, Adill sits down with me and goes through it step by step until I do understand. As a result of their support and help, I have managed to pass both level 2 and level 3 and in the process of level 4.

Had to change the venue i usually use due to covid restrictions and i am so impressed with everything ema did for me. very quick and easy bookings, great contact and communication, you get your results there and then which i didn't at my previous venue and excellent covid safety in place. I will be permanently changing to ema for my exams going forward

I joined Easibind at the age of 17 on an AAT apprenticeship, Johanne Julious sourced a course at a local college in Heanor run by Tracey Mosley, during my first year at the college I have thoroughly enjoyed myself, I feel being in a small group has helped me progress. I have become more confident in the workplace. Tracey is an excellent tutor she explains everything very well and also gives me extra support if it is needed. I am certainly hoping the company will support me doing the next stage AAT 3 as I feel I have come so far in just 1 year.

Brilliant facility directly opposite a large car park in the centre of Derby. Very friendly staff. I havent found another place with as cheap exam prices and now use them as my regular AAT exam centre. Highly recommend.
