Matt is a great personal trainer, highly recommended. He listens to your needs, adapts sessions to your situation and provides good advice. He's also easy to talk to, positive, and makes you feel comfortable in the gym. He is helping / motivating me with my goal to incorporate regular exercise into my life (after a lazy couple of years) by encouraging gradual changes and consistency. I'm already seeing results and didn't hesitate to book another package of sessions.

Definitely recommend Matt if you're looking for a personal trainer! He is highly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does! He caters everything to your needs and encourages you to figure out what you need to do yourself whilst offering you support along the way. He massively helped me understand form and how to improve mobility and the importance of it with your work outs.

Matty is by far the best PT I have come across. Works you hard, listens, corrects and gives great advice. No harsh judgements, no ridiculous diets and is vastly knowledgeable. Guides a weight loss without being overbearing and always available for help. He doesn't focus on smashing PBs each week, he focuses on movement, correct posture and working the muscles while making you suffer hard work to the end. As much as I dislike him during my session with the hard work & sweat, he is in fact excellent at what he does! Couldn't recommend highly enough!!

Matthew Salt is a miracle worker.
I worked with Matthew Salt to deal with niggles that had become issues that had referred into other issues and were all affecting my attempts to stay fit. I'd tried sports massage but I knew I wasn't getting to the root of the problem. Matt gave me varying exercises over a few weeks of sessions working with him. This has worked miracles and been exactly what I'd hoped for but wasn't sure I could ever achieve. Thanks Matt.
