Amanda was my PT for a long time and I only stopped having sessions because perineal financial reasons, Amanda’s cost is easily the most affordable of any PT I’ve ever seen and she Tailors your sessions around you and your life commitments! Amanda made sure I understood what was happening with each session and make sure I was doing workouts for areas that I wanted to target! Her let’s do this attitude always got me going even in the early morning and if your someone who is newish to the gym she really makes you feel comfortable! Amanda would message me all the time to keep me on track and also provided breakdowns of home workouts and meal plans! 100% would recommend! 5 ⭐️

I had personal training treatment for my posture alignment and hip and glute strength trainings. Amanda was very professional and knowledge. She was at the same time flexible and tough which was the perfect combination and balance to get me to the exercises I needed. She was giving small routine to work at home during sessions. She was using the equipment, foam/ball rolls perfectly for increasing range of motion. She even gave me cheeky deep tissue massage where It needed extra mobility. She has full understanding of muscular system as she is qualified masseuse and personal trainer. Her prices were so cheap for the amount of knowledge and experience she had. I totally suggest her anyone.

Amanda is an amazing personal trainer. She actually listens to you and makes sure to take into account everything you need to be better and stronger. I have flat feet and she’s completely changed the way I train by teaching me how to control my feet and where to put my weight when doing an exercise. She also has crazy good knowledge and breaks down the why and the causes and effects of certain movements. And she will push you to your best everytime while bantering with you and encouraging you. I could keep going on and on but honestly she’s just way too good at her job. Glad I didn’t think twice about booking her.

Amanda worked with me as my online PT and I can say she is the most patient person EVER. If you’re considering hiring her as your PT, do it. She is really supportive and encouraging without being judgmental AT ALL.
She checked in with me everyday, to see how I was, how I was getting on. Generally making sure I was on track. If I wasn’t then we’d talk it through and she’d motivate me.
She is really knowledgable, informative and realistic. If I ever had a blip, she never made me feel bad or guilty. Just made me own my decisions and move on. Because of this and her approachable manner, I found myself being more honest with myself and Amanda.
Amanda helped me set goals and reviewed them afterwards, if I was/wasn’t achieving said goals then we’d reset the targets after talking them through. She absolutely understood my lifestyle and helped coach me through if I was struggling.
She is so positive but not in a fake way. She made me feel like she was genuinely rooting for me and wanted me to succeed no matter how big or small the win was.
She has taught me lots of foundations which I implement in my everyday life now. I am really glad I worked with Amanda and would highly recommend her as a PT online or in person.

Amanda has been amazing. I started from nothing and with poor mobility, and now I feel like there’s no stoping me! Working with Amanda has literally changed my life.
