M. H.I've just completed a 2 day First Aid Refresher course with Jane and Steven. Steven is very knowledgeable and experienced in all fields of life and made the course fun even passing on his tips and tricks with a triangular bandage! (now I know why you get so many in the first aid box) If you didn't fully understand something he was more than happy to explain further. The classrooms are clean and spacious and in these uncertain times, Jane has ensured there were no more than 6 to a course, even staggering break/lunch times so all other courses are not mixing in the kitchen at the same time. I highly recommend The Training Society and I wish Jane and the team all the best for the future.
R. A.I joined the 3 day First Aid Training course to further a potential career in Paramedic studies, so for me the course was interesting as I have a passion for medical science. However, Steven who delivered the course, made the learning that much more engaging, not only with his superb sense of humour, but with INCREDIBLE knowledge of not only the course, but almost any other subject you could possibly think of! He has an answer to any question you have regarding the first aid course, and he is so patient at explaining things so that you have a better understanding. He is happy to teach at YOUR pace, which makes it so much more of a comfortable experience and not at all like those days at school! I was honestly sad the day my course came to an end, as I really am going to miss the energy and enthusiasm Steven brought to every lesson! And what’s more…if there is ever anything you’re unsure about or would like explaining again, or need advice, he’s reachable to contact even after you’ve completed your course. 10/10 would recommend! I’d happily jump at the chance to do it again!!!!

Thank you very much for the training provided on Friday.
Had some excellent feedback from the lads, they all complimented the instructor and how well the course was delivered. One of the lads sent a message saying how he thought it would be a boring course ( which if I’m honest I don’t like courses myself ) but he said how any one of us could be faced with any of the situations that were brought up as examples. He also said how he had learnt a lot and wouldn’t forget it.
On a whole very pleased and look forward to booking a course in the future.
