I have been training with Vicky for around a year and a half now, in both the gym & at home during lockdowns. She really takes the time to get to know you and understand your goals to cater your plan directly to you. I was fed up of going to the gym & not knowing what I was doing, so I never saw any real results. Since training with Vicky, I feel confident in working out and have seen real results, both physically and mentally. She is so much more to me than just my PT and I couldn't recommend her enough!

I started training with Vicky post-lockdown when my gym motivation was at an all time low. She changed my perspective of working out and made me love weight lifting! I saw obvious improvement not only in my physique, but also in my sports performance which was an added bonus. Everyone commented on my visible progress over a relatively short period of time and if other aspects of life hadn’t interfered, I’d still be training with her now! An amazing PT and person :)

I remember the first time walking into the gym looking lost 🤣. And I came across I nice approachable lady called Vicky. And I didn't know what to do at first but immediately she was full of positivity and giving me advice and making sure that I invested in myself. I came to Vicky unsure of who I was depressed and my relationship with food was unhealthy and in balanced. I've been training with Vicky since May last year (2021). And my mental state has gotten better and i finally feel like I can show more gratitude towards myself and my life. Not only is Vicky a good Coach, PT and good at giving nutrition advice, but given the chance she has become a friend for life all in one. My advice for anyone that is looking to start is to do it for you know no-one else and to be your own cheerleader so you are able to attract an amazing PT like Vicky 💜. I've still got a long way to go but I'm really enjoying the process of becoming a better version of myself.

She will always work with you to find exercises and routines that work for you and that you will enjoy. I was with Vicky for 8 months and I couldn't have asked for any more from her in terms of support, encouragement and coaching. I seeked her help in order to feel more comfortable and confident in the gym and after the time spent under her tutelage I have definitely accomplished this. Vicky is a very compassionate and caring person, if I were having a bad day she could tell straight away and wouldn't push me too hard and that's something I appreciated because not everybody can be consistent as much as we'd like to. However, the consistency comes as a biproduct of confidence and that is something that you will feel as a result of Vicky's coaching. I am delighted with the progress that I have made and I would point anybody who was seeking a PT in the direction of Vicky :).

Vicky is a great Personal Trainer, she is very knowledgeable about different exercises to do if you struggle with set exercises. We have great conversations during gym sessions 💪 She offers great help in nutrition if you struggle with knowing what to eat or what to change within your diet! She post great food finds and shares recipes. She created a group page with all her client so we can all get engaged and share ideas, clubs and opinions between everyone! I would recommend her to anyone who struggles with their fitness

Vicky is a great personal trainer. She is very easy to talk to and totally non-judgemental. I felt very comfortable with her, like she was a personal friend rather than a trainer. She also is a good motivator, she wouldn't be scared to question you if you had any excuses as to why you couldn't do/ hadn't done something. You need someone who says it iike it is if you're to achieve anything. She's got the perfect personality for being a trainer. The right mix of qualities.

Vicky was my pt through my 2nd and 3rd years at uni, but I started my gym membership in first year.
I was initially very nervous about going to the gym but as soon as I started training with Vicky I built up the confidence very quickly to start coming into the gym to train outside out sessions as well. She created many different workouts based on what my goals were for in and out of the gym, supported them with brilliant nutrition advice and when uni because very stressful she even helped me create time management plans to help structure my week.
She created group chats with clients and monthly recipe books which created an amazing community to be in and a lot of the recipes are delicious!
I couldn't have asked for a better pt, I'm really sad to not be training with Vicky anymore. Thank you ☺️

Initially, I’d had enough of the self hatred, being overweight itself, and simply not looking after myself so I figured that getting a coach was a great investment. I still agree now.
Vicky has a bubbly, hard working attitude. Very easy to get along with and I was wary and anxious about this before we met. Also, when she pushes me really hard, that’s what i'll miss.
I am pleased with my progress with Vicky, with becoming more active outside the gym to start with, i used to ‘not be bothered’ to walk to the gym and back, now it comes easily and it's a habit that will stay with me and will help me lose more weight. Also she has taught me that no foods are bad, and that one has stayed with me. Within the gym, my knowledge of gym equipment, exercises and confidence has improved vastly (taking my top off and not caring for example) due to her coaching.

Vicky is a fantastic personal trainer and she truly helped change my life! She is focused on helping you make sustainable life changes and finding things that you enjoy which was so refreshing. Her work ethic is second to none and is always striving to help as much as she can and educate herself in order to do so. She is always available to chat to, is very friendly, understanding and sympathetic to making plans that suit my needs and can be adapted to work around any other commitments. She has supported me in areas that I didnt realise needed addressing and has made my fitness journey so much more successful than previous attempts. Amazing pt!!
