Adam was a great help when I was trying to get into some sort of ‘beach ready’ trim, having had a demanding job and busy lifestyle it was always hard to fit exercise in to my day. However working with Adam was really easy. I shared what schedule was like and he worked around that, I shared my goals that I wasn’t we to achieve, although I didn’t know much about exercise so Adam was able to understand what I was getting at. Adam was honest in that I needed to change my diet and clearly increase my exercise. He created a plan based on what I had avalible at home (weights, mat etc), and also created a meal plan for the foods I liked. I did really well and enjoyed my work outs, they lasted about 30mins a day on average and I saw great results and hot my goals! Would really reccomend Adam to anyone who is serious about getting fit and looking good 👍

Working with Adam has been an absolute pleasure. I signed up for the 12 week program and it has been one of the best decisions of my life.
Through depression and a severe leg break, I had a lot of weight to shift and doing it my way wasn't working.
Working with Adam has shown me how much I was missing when it came to knowledge about diet and showed me that dieting does not need to be boring. Its all about hitting macros which Adam will help to set out, and will help you to understand exactly why we are doing what we are doing. I've learnt more about nutrition from Adam than from any other place, which has been absolutely invaluable.
The most important thing I feel that Adam has provided is accountability. Daily and weekly check-ins combined with an app which tracks your progress, you are held accountable for your food choices or exercises, which has helped with motivation a tonne, something which I have struggled with massively in the past.
Working with Adam has been absolutely brilliant and has been an enormous help in starting to get my weight back down to a level where I am happy. I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone who is looking at weight loss and wants a fantastic coach.

I learnt a lot about macros and how to balance these out. I was reluctant to record what I ate at first but realised quickly I was very carb heavy on my meals and I was also skipping meals. So I’ve got used to this and see the benefits. Adam’s weekly updates on my meals was insightful and suggested alternatives and has helped me to eat better for me. He’s approachable and listens to what you’re going through and helps to tailor things around your lifestyle as I travel a lot for work. I signed up for the 12 week Milner Method program, and I can honestly say that it has been the best investment of 2022.
My goal was to become more food conscious and get back into training after a few medical setbacks. I knew that I needed some expert guidance in both training and diet, and this program allowed me to think about my overall goal as a marathon rather than a sprint. Adam follows you every step of the way, and has always encouraging words to say regardless of the speed or kg lost. He switched my fitness mentality towards long term accomplishments through consistency and patience, rather than getting frustrated over weight plateaus or cheat days.
The learning I have gathered during these last 12 weeks have been the best accomplishment, if I do say so myself. And once you’ve got that, it will naturally show in your appearance and overall wellbeing, as well as long term habits.

I had a slightly challenging journey to becoming a mum so I was a little apprehensive about continuing to train when I found out I was pregnant. However, there’s nobody else I’d trust more than Adam to help me stay in shape during such a special and challenging time. I’ve worked with him for 4-5 years now and I continued to train 3 times a week right up to my due date, which simply wouldn’t have been possible without him.
He was absolutely brilliant throughout my pregnancy. With his detailed weekly check ins and feedback he constantly monitored how my body was adapting as pregnancy progressed and flexed my plan accordingly. He was incredibly receptive at making changes to exercises as and when I needed and his expert knowledge meant he could switch things up easily. I managed to maintain a good level of strength throughout my pregnancy and honestly felt great right till the end.
He also did a fabulous job of supporting my nutrition as well. I was able to balance growing a healthy baby while not putting on lots of additional ‘fat.’ It was really useful to get his advice throughout and he was particularly good at helping me manage an insatiable appetite at times with sensible food swaps to keep both me and baby full.

I reached out to Adam after 2.5 months in the gym and having lost only 1KG, although having gained muscle. With Adam's program and support I was able to loose 5KG in 3 months! One the biggest benefit from working with Adam was learning that to loose weight you should never be hungry and instead you should feed your body with the amount of nutrients it needs. Adam helped me understand what carbs really are and how to eat more protein and actually enjoy the food I eat. Throughout these 3 months I learnt to enjoy food, eat enough as much as I need and heal my digestive system. Before starting on this program I had constant bloating and stomach cramps and discomfort. Changing the food I ate, through this program, helped me debloat and my stomach is at peace. This made me so happy and comfortable in my body. It helped me learn to love myself. I was bulimic for 18 years of my life and an emotional binge eater for another 3. At the end of last year, through therapy I started working on improving my relationship with myself and food. The binging eating episodes decreased and decreased even more after March when I joined the gym, but they were still there. However, during these 3 months I have stopped binge eating. I had multiple PT in last 3 years telling me exercise more not understanding my nutrition at all. To the point where exercising 5 days doing 12,000 steps plus a day and not losing weight and was gaining weight. To the point where I thought had issue like throyiod or PCOs and got blood work done to find nope nothing wrong. I was losing all hope to then finding Adam. We had phone call and told me to do less , shocked at first was like that won’t work fast forward 5 weeks I have changed body shape, dropped weight and my wedding dress is now lose for my wedding in 10 days. Adam isn’t PT who takes your money and never communicates, he is constantly text and message and whenever I need him i can message him! Over the last few years I’ve been struggling to balance running a business alongside trying to keep fit and eat properly. Late nights working on events, eating anything just to fill my stomach and no energy to go and workout I decided to make a change! Unfortunately unforeseen circumstances crushed it for time being. I was quite embarrassed at time as I couldn't enroll on course when it came down to it. I had got to a place where I was regularly going to the gym but without seeing results so I searched out a PT to help me figure out where I was going wrong. My search led me to Adam and I am so glad it did. Adam was extremely thorough in assessing my needs and taking time to consider long term conditions that I have battled with before putting my workout and nutrition plan together. The progressive nature of my workout plan was not something I would have discovered on my own and the early stages of the programme set me up for the months to come. My goal with Adam was to gain muscle and work on areas of weakness and four months on that is exactly what I have achieved. I've lost 6.5kg (10% of my body weight) over the 12 week transformation programme and am now at 57kg. With Christmas, New Year, holding a Christening party for 100 people, 2 young children and a full time job it hasn't been easy but I'm so pleased that I've done it.
I had done Slimming World for a number of years and my weight had gone up and down. More importantly, my eating was completely out of control with me needing to eat every couple of hours, which became embarrassing on work video calls. The Milner Method was very different to that of Slimming World. My daily jacket potato was replaced with high fat, high protein alternatives and this definitely left me feeling better and looking healthier.
Adam taught me the importance of taking breaks from the laptop and getting my steps in. Also he reinforced the importance of getting a work/ life balance and investing in a good sleep routine. Have we always seen eye to eye - no. Adam is very focused, which may not always be what you want to hear - especially at weekends when you want to let your hair down a little. Adam's commitment to you is amazing - so much attention and feedback on a daily basis. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any of my friends looking for support to achieve their goals!

I have known Adam for many years now always from a fitness/training back ground. I know how passionate he is regarding training exercise and nutrition , I knew that at this time of my life The Milner Method was my next step i wanted & needed to take. Obviously there was some reservations naturally as when you have got to 47yrs old and have tried up teen diets lots of different training you doubt yourself and others. So when Adam said look lets go for 10kilos off in 12 weeks a part of me was like no !! It was coming up to Xmas lots a parties nights out which i refrained from each and every one much to my surprise .
During this 12 week transformation programme I have learnt so so much about nutrition good healthy food choices , the correct way to train and how imperative recovery days are . I now in life can go anywhere with this vast knowledge and apply it my to my lifestyle which can i add am loving it .
You get fantastic support 24/7 daily feedback which now id be lost without ,I plan my food for the day and log all food into my diary on fitness pal . Adam is very strict and holds you accountable for everything we've not always seen eye to eye but I needed that kick up the a@@ as at 47yrs old I needed to see results!!!!

Oh yes he did I started the programme at 70kgs and and now on week 12 I weigh in at 60 kgs a whopping 10kilos , I am so very proud of myself the hard work and commitment I have shown and put in has been off the scale and a massive thankyou to the Milner Method who has played a massive part getting me here . Could not of done it without Adam.
I am a busy single mum , I have a boy of 5 so for me its imperative that i set a fantastic example to my son how important exercise is combined with a healthy balanced diet . I have learnt so much and i can adapt this anywhere now forever .

I had the pleasure of training 121 with Adam a while back and as soon as I knew he offered an online plan I jumped at the opportunity to work with him.
I’ve now been training online with him for 8 months and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been. Most importantly for me, I have a training program that changes on a regular basis and its completely tailored to my specific requirements. I’ve never enjoyed training more than I do working remotely with Adam.
I’m a busy professional and while I can always make time to commit to the gym 4/5 times per week, a hectic schedule makes locking down a time and 121 training problematic. This is the perfect solution for me.
I’m fairy capable around a gym and was structuring my own workouts, but found myself a bit bored and in a bit of a plateau. Having Adam around helps keep training fresh and keeps me focused. It’s great to know there’s somebody around to check in on you. It certainly makes me more accountable for the effort I put in when I’m at the gym.
What sets Adam apart from the rest is his attention to detail. He really takes the time to listen to his clients needs and adapts a training plan accordingly. He makes sure he switches up programmes every few weeks which really keeps you on your toes and challenges you. I really like the fact we have an ongoing dialogue about how things are doing and make adjustments.
He’s always on hand to answer any questions and his knowledge is second to none. He’s always got brilliant trips and tricks and takes a really holistic approach which I love - diet, sleep, digestion, energy, training etc.
Adam made small tweaks to my routine which have had a huge impact. After a long period in a calorie deficit I’m now eating more than ever to fuel my workouts - and I love it! I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and continuously see improvements week on week.
I’m about 5ft and 48kg and it always makes me smile in the gym when people look completely shocked at what I’m capable of lifting!

Well we're do I start iv been training with Adam Milner now for 4 months he really listened to what I wanted after losing some weight myself I hit a problem my weight stopped moving but I worked hard an adam gave me new diet sheets with loads to work from an if am honest I didn't realise just how much I could eat of the right foods, adam was always there watching my daily food intake on my fitness tweeking it if he saw it needed it checked in on me daily on how physically an emotionally I was feeling as training between working an having a family is hard work but this is what I wanted he real helped me push to get another 9 kg off, i don't think I could have done it without him, my training program was tweeked every 4 weeks an I found it easy to follow working on my lifts and weight load I was lifting increasing as needed yet guided by adam as I logged my training. I can't recommend adam enough he's really helped me get to were I am now its gave my confidence a new boost yes its been hard as I have days were I struggle mentally with myself but to be honest photos never lie an am a million miles away from were I used to be xx
