I starting training with Chris at the end of last year when I moved to pure gym Fort Kinnaird. Chris has listened to what I would like to achieve in sessions with him and on my own. He has written a program to my requirements of what I would like to accomplish in and out of sessions. He has made sure I understand what I have to do in each exercise before I complete the rep of exercise. He always challenges me but never pushes me out of my comfort zone. The workout and nutrition plan that he has set for me has been challenging at times but I have been able to complete it with his help and advice.
If I have a question about anything to do with my exercise plan or nutrition he always happy to give me more information and how I could do better to smash my goals I have set with Chris at the start of each block, he has shown me and taught many things that I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do myself but now do thanks to him!! He always reviews my nutrition plan at the end of the week to see if we need to make any chances for the following week.
So if your looking for a PT I would highly recommend Chris to help you smash your goals! If you love a plank as much as he does then I definitely recommend Chris.

I have been seeing Chris for over a year now between the lockdowns. He is very approachable and adaptable. He gives you exercises tailored to your specific needs. Alongside, being able to fit round my shift patterns. He always gives practical useful advice which specifically fits to your lifestyle and work. He also lets you work at your own pace and doesn't push you further than you are able. I can't wait to get back to the gym with Chris and continue to build on my strength and stability.

I started working with Chris Rendall in October 2019. I was 16st. 9lbs, the heaviest I have been, unhappy with myself and lacking motivation. Previously I thought the only way to loose weight was to do endless hours of cardio; although I lost weight I was never happy with how I looked and was constantly exhausted.
Chris gave me an initial consultation to discuss my goals, then set me up a comprehensive weights based program to help me achieve them. I particularly liked the fact that I could record my weight, exercise and food choices; this really helped to keep me accountable and see my progress. The weekly check-ins with Chris were invaluable as it kept me focused and also set me manageable goals.
As someone who used to pretend the weights section of the gym did not exist, Chris helped me gain confidence in using the various pieces of equipment and free weights; something I would never have done on my own. Chris took time to ensure he fully explained each exercise and ensured that I had the correct form before progressing. The way that Chris structures his training program allows you to complete the workout and record your progress so you can easily see how you are progressing.
Now I'm not going to lie, I'm taking all the credit for the hard work i have had to put in but Chris has provided me with the tools, encouragement and knowledge required to succeed.
After six months I have lost almost two stones, am stronger and have started to see the results of our hard work but more importantly I feel happy and motivated.
At this time of lockdown and social distancing Chris has quickly adapted my programme to allow me to continue to work out at home making use of the limited equipment I have. Chris has also provided PT sessions over Zoom which have been excellent.
I would recommend Chris to anyone who uses the gym, whether it be a beginner, someone looking to set new goals or smash old ones.

I've been training with Chris since December 2020. He's been so helpful in structuring my training and pushing me, as well as improving my relationship with food.
