I have been working out at Edinburgh Kettlebell Club for about six months now. Once you get started, there is no going back! It is great fun and a great way to get fit or even get ready for competition, if that is your kind of thing. Les is an outstanding coach who works really hard to ensure everyone gets the help and support they need, whatever their level of experience. There is a brilliant atmosphere in the classes and a friendly bunch of people to get to know. Give it a go, you couldn't come to a better place if you care about your fitness.

Though it was my first time using Kettlebells, I didn't feel intimidated, despite there being some more experienced members in the class. The atmosphere is very encouraging, and the workouts challenging, but fun too. Les is a great instructor, with lots of positive advice and tips. The classes are small enough that you get plenty of individual attention, and it was really nice to get to know my fellow participants. Though it was tough to drag myself out of bed some mornings, it was always worth it in the end!

A really friendly club! If you find the idea of Kettlebells a bit daunting then don't worry - Leszek is a great coach and new members are always welcome regardless of ability. I started a few months ago with no experience and was a bit wary about being part of a fitness club but have enjoyed it immensely so far, and have seen a big increase in my fitness. If you want a fun way to learn new skills and build your strength and fitness then look no further.

I started kettlebell training a few months ago and love it. It is an excellent strength building workout and for a novice like me is quite challenging. The classes are varied so no workout is the same making it more enjoyable. The people are all really friendly and are of mixed ability so you never feel intimidated. Leszek is a brilliant coach who encourages and praises everyone and also has a great sense of humour which is really refreshing. The Fitness Soul Team as a whole are a great bunch of people and if your looking for a new fitness regime you should check out their website which has an awesome variety of classes to try. Once you try it you'll be hooked!!

An excellent standard of tuition, Leszek manages to keep both beginners and those more experienced with kettlebells challenged throughout. There is a focus on technique and continuous improvement. Training is well structured & well paced with a fun, friendly atmosphere. I'd recommend these classes to anyone just starting out with kettlebells or more experienced users who fancy the challenge offered by kettlebell competition.

I was a bit apprehensive starting the classes having never done any weight/resistence training, but was instantly put at ease. Leszek and everyone on the bootcamp were great and so friendly, always willing to help you out with useful tips and advice on technique. It's quite addictive once you get going and I noticed I was getting stronger each week without bulking up. I would have no hesitation in recommending Edinburgh Kettlebell Club or Fitness Soul. I have trained my whole life as a dancer and run a Dance school full time. On top of this busy schedule I also teach fitness classes and perform regularly. I have felt since introducing Kettlebells to my routine I have much more energy and strength for the all of these other things making it all so much easier. I believe this is something I should have done a long time ago. I feel very at ease with the instructor and trust fully we are being shown to do things correctly and safely.

I attended two kettle bell bootcamp with Leszek and I loved every minute of it. The classes were intense, varied and fun! He gave clear instructions and corrected postures when and where needed. I certainly noticed my body was more toned at the end of it, I had more core strength and felt good about myself. I would highly recommend Leszek and the classes to everyone!

Very approachable and friendly classes, and a very mixed group of members (not the hardcore weights crowd), so it's easy to start but quickly becomes a very effective full body exercise session. You get to learn proper technique and includes a thorough stretch to warm up and cool down so you won't damage yourself. Great fun!

Really enjoyed being taught in a friendly and welcoming environment by an excellent coach with a sense of humour. Learnt many techniques which will take a while to perfect and looking forward to returning soon. Found the classes very helpful for joint mobility, particularly for opening up the hips and recovering ROM in the knee following medial meniscectomy earlier this year. Great fun too!

I have done conditioning training most of my life in various forms and regularly train with martial arts so I am no stranger to exercise yet I am amazed at how good this training is.
I should have been doing this years ago.
If you are serious about wanting to improve your fitness, regardless of your reasons or current level, get along to these classes.
I am a beginner in a lot of what we do here, was one of my reasons for trying these classes, but that simply does not matter - only effort matters.
Les is an inspiration who understands his craft better than anyone else I have trained with and has a very real passion to see you improve.
It doesn't matter if you are a Kettlebell monster or noob, as mentioned I am the latter, you will be welcome and each session builds perfectly on the last until you are working like a pro...
Don't expect it to be easy, but then what in life is worth doing that is :)
