Kerr has been my PT for 10 years, initially helping me rehab from major knee surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides a incredible variety of sessions. He will push you harder than you would do yourself …..leaving you feeling great at the end of the session! The new gym is excellent, everything you need and with on street parking! For some the privacy will appeal and you don’t need to pay a gym membership as well. I cannot recommend Kerr highly enough

I have been with Kerr for a couple of years now and he never fails to impress me with his knowledge of how the body works. He is brilliant at tweaking my training to sort out any aches pains and issues I may have picked up elsewhere, he also makes me positive about rehab/comebacks . Kerr has his own private studio which is equipped with everything you need to get a great efficient workout. No waiting to use equipment, it’s just you and Kerr -what’s not to like /enjoy .

Kerr has been my personal trainer for many years now. As a retired doctor I am impressed by his deep knowledge of physiology and biomechanics as well as his expertise as a trainer. He is excellent at developing training programmes that are tuned to the needs of someone now well into his seventies. He concentrates on my strength and mobility and I am grateful for just how well he keeps old joints and muscles moving well. My wife, same age as me, has also been very impressed with how much he has helped following a back injury.
Kerr now has his own private training studio which is well equipped. It is nice to be able to train in private and I would recommend this to anyone who feels embarrassed about training publicly in a gym.
I would strongly recommend Kerr as a personal trainer whatever your age. I would certainly recommend him to anyone in their older years, like myself and my wife, who wants to keep fit and mobile. An excellent trainer with excellent facilities.

He has all the expertise a trainer needs; he is friendly, and supportive; he gives us an interesting and challenging variety of exercises, and knows just how far to push us, so that we find we can do things we never thought we'd be able to do.

Kerr is one of the most knowledgeable PT's I've ever encountered. I started with him many years ago after a nasty knee injury and his knowledge of how to rebuild my strength was excellent but his attitude to injury prevention, nutritional and functional health are what puts him above his competition. Kerr managed to get me lifting weights I had never even considered and was an excellent coach when I tried my hand at Olympic weightlifting. No question is ever too stupid to ask him (and believe me, i've definitely asked a few)
His passion and dedication for health and fitness drive him to continue learning and to provide the best environment for helping his clients. His new state of the art studio has everything you need to build your best level of fitness possible, without over-complicating it.

Kerr has been my PT for almost 5 years now. He is focused on building up and maintaining your total body health for the long term, rather than quick transformations, and has helped me improve my strength, balance and mobility while gaining confidence in the gym. He is qualified in Animal Flow and I like how he integrates that into my training. The PT studio at his home has all the equipment you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a trainer in the area!
