As an Asthmatic and born with a stomach disability excercise hasn't always been that easy for me to stick to and has been difficult to feel motivated, I met Pascal a little while back and now train with him on a weekly basis, I find him to be a breath of fresh air, understanding, polite and he listens and understands my needs and my goals. Also with working on TV and Movies I have deadlines to get in shape and can only train certain times and days, Pascal is not like any other PT I've ever had and only wish I had more time to train with him. Keep up the good work and see you next Friday. 5⭐

I genuinely could not praise Pascal highly enough! Professional, experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about his work, I think my sessions with Pascal are worth every penny.
We do one-to-one Muay Thai (Thai boxing) sessions together and I’ve been training with him for almost 6 months. He has 10 years of experience as a PT working in many areas of fitness and training, and he genuinely cares about your health both inside and outside of the gym. Learning Muay Thai from him is such an amazing experience (he trained in Thailand before!). Very motivating, extremely experienced and skilled in this sport, gives constructive feedback, sets achievable goals and most importantly he makes it super fun! He personally tailors my training to my capability and what I want, in general and in every session. He writes up a lesson plan before every session, but he’s also very flexible so it can change depending on how I feel that day. For me training with Pascal is more like working out with a friend, we have some great chats during our sessions!
I used to hate exercise but now boxing is an essential part of my life and I’m so grateful to the difference that Pascal has made! I am now much healthier (both physically and mentally – boxing is an excellent way to relieve stress!), in better shape and just happier in general!

Pascal has taken me through recovery from a serious illness. He is dedicated, thoughtful and caring. When we started out three months ago I was on crutches and struggling to walk, especially up stairs. After 30 years of pretty intense training it was a hard place for me to be. Pascal was determined and supportive and we worked for 30 minutes each morning and by the end of month one I was taking stairs two at a time and walking 4 miles a day. To me this was a miracle!
Today I am nearly back to full strength and the journey with Pascal has been one of notable achievement. At every stage he fine tuned the sessions and made sure the progress was safe and steady. Pleased to be training with him.

I have been training with Pascal for over 5years and can highly recommend him as both a trainer and a good friend. He constantly challenges me with every session. Initially the training was about getting techniques correct, laying this ground work has allowed progression to intensive training sessions and an increase in fitness and stamina whilst avoiding any niggles or injury.
He has always found a way to fit our sessions around my often erratic timetable and in the time we have trained together i have now completed over 50marathons.

Great trainer, pushes you hard and has some great regimes for life long heath and fitness.Most exercises can be done anywhere - no need for the latest gym equipment! Pascal was very sympathetic to my lack of fitness when I started, and really helped me get stronger and more flexible! Philosophical conversation is included as an optional extra, free of charge :-)
