I've just finished with Richard after 7 months of PT lessons and all I can say is that Richard is a truly fantastic personal trainer.
Extremely accomodating and aware of your needs as you work with him to achieve your fitness goals and aspirations.
I was a complete newcomer to the gym and the thought of going inside one gave me the fear but I can safely say I have been converted and it wouldn't have been without Richard's help.
I started out weighing about 85kg (the heaviest I've ever been) due to lockdown and general lack of activity but I have now lost over 10 kg and gained a fair bit of muscle and strength as a result.
The Royal Commonwealth Pool where I trained has a relatively good selection of machines, free weights and floor space which Richard utilises all of to ensure every workout is varied and interesting.
Anyone who is new to the gym and looking for a PT to help guide you through it - Richard is the guy you want to speak to !!

It’s not an understatement to say that Richard has been key to me turning my life around.
Since starting with him back in January 2020, not only have I done the usual losing of 15kg, and down 2 waist sized (38 to 34), but my overall energy, happiness and self esteem has increased dramatically.
I’ve never been a ‘gym person’ but he’s shifted my mindset, kept me driven, and helped me actually enjoy working out.
Even during lockdown, he kept me motivated and ensured I didn’t throw away all the good work we’d done early on.

I have had several personal trainers all never helping me achieve the goal I wanted.
I have been doing sessions with rich for 3 months now and with his nutritional knowledge and diet plans, as well as his guidance within in the gym I have made huge progress towards my goal.
I came to Richard weighing 81 kilos and found it hard to put on weight and muscle, I'm now sitting at 92 kilos and still progressing.
