Fantastic! Having been coached by Paul for a couple of years I have seen my fitness vastly improve along with my understanding of cycling and nutrition. The coaching, support and knowledge offered by Paul is excellent, with training plans tailored to your needs, along with nutritional, physical and psychological info and support, Silent Wolf covers all your training.
Silent Wolf is an excellent group, friendly, supportive and great fun.
I highly recommend Silent Wolf coaching for anyone looking to improve fitness from a beginner to an experienced athlete.

Having been coached by Paul, I started out barely being able to cycle to completing several standard triathlons. Paul is vastly knowledgable about the sport and provides a bespoke and personalised training plan for all his athletes. He offers a wholistic coaching service, both physically and psychologically - helping each athlete in their specific needs. Him and the group are a lovely, friendly and welcoming bunch - regardless of your fitness level! I would highly recommend :)

I've been training with Coach Paul at Silent Wolf Coaching for the last 3 years. Paul makes an individualised training plan every week taking account of your goals and any injuries or niggles. You can do the workouts on your own or join the coached group session. I love that the group is very friendly, supportive and with a range of abilities.
Since working with Silent Wolf Coaching I have completed several half and two full distance Ironman events. I've exceeded all my expectations and more importantly, enjoyed the process!

I have been getting coaching from Paul for a number of years now and have really benefited from his great knowledge and enthusiasm. Whilst being triathlon focused he strikes a great balance between fun and enjoyable fitness that is triathlon focused but also helps hugely with fitness for everyday life too. Paul Hawkins has coached us for about two years, and as a result we are dramatically fitter, stronger and able to do a lot more. He is very knowledgeable and patient and has given good advice on overcoming long term injuries and short term niggles. His training is challenging but doable and tailored to the abilities of the individual, and we have been surprised at how much we can do. For example, aged 57 Andrew hadn't ridden a road bike until November 2019 and on August 2020 he completed his first 100KM + ride, and was still able to play golf the next day!
