Excellent program from the very beginning, great support and immediate results. Instead of pressurising the mentors support and encourage you to succeed. I had never dieted in my life and the program really makes it possible. The diets are not ultra strict and yet very effective and once you are started easy with which to comply. Simply exercising with no dietary plan is much slower at producing results and not nearly as effective. I had heard about the Program through Channel 4. I have lost over 3 stione and I cannot say it was hard. Anyone contemplating losing weight should get on this program.

Why 5 stars …..This is the only programme that I can honestly say works. No gimmicks .What you eat and how you move shows results. The thing with Alex and his incredible team is that you get 1 to 1 support and they genuinely care. Through their guidance and non judgemental ways they have really shown me that my goals are achievable and only you can be accountable .Take that first step and enjoy this incredible journey I am so please I did 🙂

I am writing this review to say a huge thank you to TSD for all I have learned during my time with you. Alex, but especially my mentor and coach, Niall, have been inspirational. Their support from beginning to end has ensured that I have not only lost weight but also feel capable of consolidating and continuing my weight journey. The tools are personalised so that you can really start to take ownership of your journey and Niall was there every week with his supportive messages and encouragement.
Alex is at the helm each week on Facebook rallying us all whilst providing additional tools and incentives to keep going. I consider myself very fortunate to have had some time with Jason Moran, their Coaching Psychologist, who helped me re-evaluate my priorities and gave me the confidence to look for solutions – which I am happy to say ‘I have done’! Thank you Jason. I intend to remain as part of the Sustainable Change – Inner Circle FB group as I have found this supportive at key points of uncertainty. I have really appreciated the kindness shown by everyone on this program even if sometimes it is hard hitting.
The program is not cheap but the support you get is second to none and covers everything from personalised fitness regimes to build muscle, meals using only foods that you actually like, mind-set coaching from Lorna, opportunities to speak with a psychologist and occupational therapist to recommended reading materials. If you make the most of these opportunities and materials, then this investment in yourself is well worth it and provides the start you need to either spend additional time in the program or go forward with your new found optimism, safe in the knowledge that you are never alone – Alex is always there every week to welcome you back through his Facebook channel.
You are important and this platform supports you to recognise and appreciate the unique person you are. I highly recommend this all-encompassing program to you - if you are serious about putting yourself first for a change.

This programme is great. There is real heart and soul in here. They really care. The personal coach makes you so much more accountable that you make it happen. I worked with Niall and he was really supportive and friendly, but pushed me. No room for half tries here. For the price, it's great value. Highly recommended.

So I joined TSD in August 2021 I am halfway through my journey. I ended 2021 with a 16.8 kg weight loss and also lost 55cms. I have changed dress size from a 22/24 to a size 18 and I am edging towards a size 16. have struggled with my weight for 30 years and it has ruled my life and not in a good way. When I joined TSD I wasn't in a good place and this was going to be my last shot at trying to lose weight. I was sceptical about doing this on line but I was proved wrong. I completed a audit and I was assigned a coach David. I then received my meal plans and exercise plan from David and at first felt overwhelmed as there was so much to learn. However I have been guided through my journey by David and Alex with help and support all the way. Alex and his team genuinely care and want to help you achieve your goals. My life has changed so much since joining TSD all for the better, I am healthier, fitter and more importantly happier than I have been for a long time. I couldn't recommend TSD enough it is an investment in yourself but it has been more than worth it.

This isn’t a diet, it is a journey to a healthy sustainable lifestyle. It is your journey, it is a behavioural and mindset change with a supported program with meal plans and exercises tailored to you, even if you have health or injury problems, they can help you. Alex Nielsen and his wonderful team of people are so caring, supportive and want you to be successful in all that you do. You are assigned a professional food coach, but it doesn’t stop there! There are professional psychologists, physiotherapists, fitness coaches and more! Their support is personalised. There are lots of live and recorded videos, apps, books and help sheets to help you do this program for you, and in turn this helps those around you too.
My coach is David and he is unbelievably supportive, responsive, and reassuring. The coaches and Alex are never judgmental as this has to be sustainable for you to do what you do, fit into your working and family life, but you also have to enjoy it.
This programme gives you so much more than all of the quick fixes, faddy diets out there. There are so many people, both men and women who have had successes, and continue to maintain their success. You can see their stories and the difference this program has made to their lives.
I have lost lbs and inches, or kg and cms for the metric people out there.
This program covers, nutrition, exercises, behaviours, mindset and one yo one support. You are also supported by the Inner Circle who are likeminded people who are also following this sustainable lifestyle, and help you deal with the good and bad times, so you are never alone, or feel you are struggling, you just message your coach or the inner circle and you will find so much love and support. It is amazing.
Your sustainable lifestyle weight loss program is a journey that helps you change physically, mentally, healthily, sleep better, live better. It is a life changing investment well worth doing for yourself and those you love, as you are happier, can enjoy life better and do more things you thought never possible. I would whole heartedly recommend you try The Sports Dietitian programme and find it was one of the best decisions or investments you made.

Since starting this programme 9 weeks ago, I have lost 10kg and 43cms from my waist, hips and thighs. I drink 2lts of water a day regularly, I exercise and enjoy it, yes I said enjoy it and trust me when I say exercise was my nemesis!! I hated it with a passion.
Before I started this "Lifestyle reboot" I was tired all the time, taking medication for my moods, felt like I had no confidence in my body image. Felt like I was destined to be overweight as nothing worked. Don't get me wrong the fad diets I had tried worked for a while BUT they were not sustainable and I was miserable following them. Why did I choose to join this programme? From the first phone call it felt different, I was asked questions that no-one had asked me before and it really made me think about what I wanted to achieve and why, the why is so important. I was fed up of trying different diets like weightwatchers, slimming world, slim fast shakes and other shakes. I felt hungry all the time on these fad diets. To start with I was sceptical and a little scared, scared of it not working for me, scared I wouldn't be able to sustain it. I filled in a questionnaire about my likes and dislikes with food and TSD created an individual nutrition plan alongside an exercise routine. I can honestly say the nutrition plan is great, when I saw how much food I could eat every day I was amazed, 4 meals a day and lose weight. I have not felt hungry in the 9wks since I started this. On top of this are weekly sessions to learn about why you do what you do and how you can change this. Also learning about positivity and how to have this in your life.The behaviour coaching really helps to understand your habits and how to break them, also how to make new ones that will help you achieve your goals. I am managing to lose weight whilst being perimenopausal, so no excuses ladies of a certain again! My moods are better, being perimenopausal can suck but I am now off of medication for moods and meditating every morning. Exercising 4 days a week and walking every day. I feel absolutely elated and looking forward to continuing to be healthier within my mind and body. What an absolutely amazing team TSD is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the support and tips that have helped along the way, you have know idea how much you have helped me. Please if you are thinking of joining, do not hesitate it will change your life for good.

I started Alex's programme early this year.. It was a simple onboarding process, lots of information to read about what we would be doing, new apps to download and videos and informative pieces to be reading up on.
I was connected up with my coach and the 3 month process began. David was unbelievable, responded to all of my queries in really good time, never left a message unread. He taught me a lot regarding calories, how to track them and sent over a lot of low cal snack ideas (when I was struggling). He was so lovely and down to earth and I never felt like he judged me when I wasn't doing too good. The support that you get from TSD is amazing, there are a lot of videos to watch regarding mindset which really spurred me on, when I felt like I couldn't do it.
I've always had back pain, sciatica has been a part of my life for a few years now and an MRI scan/physio was on the list.
I went to the physiotherapist after 2 months of being with Alex and she was very impressed, told me I didn't need any physio if I kept up what I was doing with my Coach. I really must say that the exercises that my coach gave to me not only helped with my mental health (getting out and doing something fun) it has helped immensely with my back/leg pain. When ever I feel the pain coming along, I know exactly what to do to ease it and this is all because of Alex and David. I've received results from my MRI this week and the doctor has told me to keep doing what I am doing exercise wise (I continue to do Alex's exercise progamme). This programme has changed the way I view exercise, it's no longer a chore and I understand how necessary it is for keeping my mental health and back pain at ease. Thank you Alex and David.
