I would definitely recommend Victoria. The sessions I had were very informative, fun and I genuinely learned more on how to lift with better form to get a better workout without causing myself injury. Victoria definitely knows what she's talking about and the PT sessions are awesome, as well as any helpful tips/guides to follow outside the gym. I loved my time with Victoria, she taught me how to build muscle and not be afraid of using weights in the gym!
