My husband and I trained together for 10 weeks with Benn before our wedding. He created separate plans for us but something we could both do together easily from home and in Benn’s gym. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional but made sure we always had fun at our sessions too. Benn was always able to answer questions, adapt food or training plans to suit our needs and he was great at supporting my husband with an injury. In ten weeks we lost around 2-3 stone collectively and toned up so we felt our best for the wedding. I left with knowledge and confidence of how to train independently going forward. I would definitely recommend Benn as a personal trainer.

I joined Benn's 6 week Program to lose weight and tone up. I was nervous of going to a PT however Benn put me at ease from our first meeting to go through the program. After 6 weeks I had lost a stone and felt so much healthier and happier. With Benn's guidance, I have went from someone who would skip meals so I could eat rubbish, to eating a regular well balanced diet where I never feel hungry and have very little sugar cravings. Benn's support has helped me to become much more confident in my abilities with weight training.

Benn is a great guy and a brilliant PT. He really helped me to get into training with weights rather than just focusing on cardio. This has been an amazing change to what I had done before and it really helped me lose weight.
Over my initial 6 weeks with Benn, I lost a stone in weight and more importantly 4 inches round my waist.
If you are worried about having a 1 on 1 session then don't be, Benn is easy to talk to and makes you feel relaxed while still pushing you to getting the best out of yourself like you have never before.

I approached Benn at the end of March. I was well overweight and had picked up really bad eating and drinking habits. After the consultation Benn informed me of what we could achieve over the 6 week program if I stuck to the eating plan (not a diet) and exercise plan. I was blown away by my results at the end of the 6 weeks, I had lost a stone and the change in my body shape was amazing! So much so I booked up for another 6 weeks. I lost over a stone this time and also 4.1/2 inches from around my waist and also was now showing muscle definition. I was so blown away that I booked another 6 weeks and yip lost another stone and more inches. I look and feel amazing now and it’s all down to Benn’s guidance with the training and showing me better eating habits. I’m now training at the gym and Benn still checks in with me to make sure I’m still on track. If you are looking to get back into shape,I would highly recommend Benn, he is really professional but at the same time he puts you at ease and make the whole journey very easy. 💪💪

I would highly recommend Benn to anyone considering taking up personal training! When I started training with Benn, my main goal was fat loss and within just 4 weeks I had made visible progress with this which I was really pleased with. I have now been training with Benn for nearly 2 years and in this time he has helped me to completely change my lifestyle for the better, providing me with tailored nutritional advice, continually making sure we are working towards specific goals and making training sessions enjoyable. Before training with Benn, I wouldn’t have known where to start in a gym or how to use any of the equipment properly. Now, I don’t think twice about this and feel 100% comfortable within the gym environment. I am so pleased with the results I have achieved from training with Benn. Even throughout the current lockdown, Benn has continued to check in with his clients on a weekly basis, making sure we are still progressing towards our goals and always on hand for further advice when needed. Benn is an amazing instructor and coach. I completed a six week programme in which Benn helped me change my habits and instil a desire to continue to focus on my health. Previously I have never really been able to sustain going to the gym regularly now I feel something is missing if I don’t go at least twice a week. The programme Benn put me on yielded results I had never experienced before and completely got me hooked.
